I would always go to this taco bell since my sister used to be a manager there. The teens that worked there usually had good attitudes and customer service. Food is okay, its just tacobell. But the issue is how insanely cold they keep the lobby year round. I understand that their kitchen probably gets warm but there is no need for it to be THAT cold in there. I dont care much to go to this taco bells anymore because of it.

Terrible. Just terrible Worst of all, they completely forgot to add meat in my Crunchwrap! It was just a sad pile of lettuce, cheese, and sauce—nothing like what I expected. Then, on the nachos, there was hardly any steak or cheese, so I was left with a bunch of plain chips and a few sad toppings. To top it off, the staff seemed uninterested and barely acknowledged me at the counter. This place has gone downhill, and I won’t be back anytime soon.

The AC was literally at 45° in the dining room, Monday Nov 4th at 6pm. Everyone was waking in and mentioned how freezing it was. For a moment, I thought my husband and I were Jack & Rose in the ocean from the movie Titanic!! It was colder than a morgue!! Oh and thank you for bringing back the Gordita Supreme!
Gotta be the dumbest group of people to work here, they never get anything right. They definitely hire anyone, so if you’re stupid, go apply here, reading an order is definitely not a qualification

A different TB than I am used to. Accually it is different from any Fast food place I have been to. They don't have a counter worker, you order from a touch screen that has the menu and everything there. If you pay with cash, than a person will come to the counter. Basically the ordering and most of the paying is self-service. That is why the atmosphere was only a 4. No-one to greet you when you come in. It is just sanitized of most human interactions.

Almost every time I come to this location, I get Lara as my cashier, and she is just so kind that I could be having the worst day and would instantly be put in a better mood! We need more people like Lara🩷
