So I sent my brother over to the Taco Bell with a paper that had the list of what I wanted on there and he gets it and comes back and I'm looking at it and I'm like no the order is wrong so I call and the young girl says I gave him what was on the paper she says that lux box you cannot pick and choose I got a loaded beefy nachos then I got the Luxe cravings box which you're supposed to be able to pick and choose what you want it instead they put down a supreme Luxe box which you don't get to pick and choose and then when I went back over there the manager says oh no you cannot pick and choose with that that is only online you can't do that in the store I said sir I've done it before he says no you cannot I have worked here 10 years you cannot well I looked it up and yes you can they said the supreme Luxe box you cannot choose with that but that is not what I wrote on the paper I wrote a luxe craving box so I could choose what I wanted so they charged me for that the loaded beefy nachos and everything else that I have wrote down that I want it with the Luxe box which was the chalupa a crunchy taco the soda and the cinnamon twists so they have very poor service there the manager doesn't even know what he's talking about and I will not be going back over there anytime soon and I do not recommend it to anybody and this was the Taco Bell on 83rd and Peoria avenue and I called like five other Taco bells and they said yes you can switch out stuff on the Luxe craving box we're over here at this one they were saying no so they were lying you can switch things out. Now I know why they only have 3.7 Stars

Allegedly the manager on duty named Cadence is supposed to be qualified to manage people….. Allegedly. I asked her if they possibly had shrimp. She states to me “we no longer are Long John Silvers”. I can definitely read…. English is my first language. Everyone don’t eat meat. It was a yes or no question. It’s so important to listen before responding. I would absolutely love to hear from corporate about the meaning of customer service.

First time eating here and my last time we were given old taco shells and meat that you can tell it's been sitting along time I was wondering why my food came so fast now I see why maybe they thought we were the drunk crowd that comes out on the weekend after clubs and eat not realizing anything

The drive thru is pretty fast here. I never have to wait very long for my order. Entrance on 83rd and also one on the road between grand and 83rd. I believe both roads are actually labeled as 83rd ave. Its near the split by Grand avenue so it may be a bit confusing. The entrance on the side in front of Wongs leads to Taco Bell too.
Clean restaurant, helpful staff, good service, needs more staff.

The ordering kiosks are very show and the touch screen is unresponsive. Also why is there an option for you to select sauce if none comes in the bag. Didn't realize until I was home that the 14 different sauces were not placed in my bag. Very nice cashier once she was done talking and helped me out.

Foods mid here every single time we get tacobell we never get our sauces. We ordered 14 sauce and got zero. Your food aint shit without the sauce and maybe if the employees actually did their jobs and not a computer this might happen less.

BEST TACO BELL EVER! I bypass at least 2 TBs closer to my home to eat here. Above & beyond others. I swing by at nights after 10 pm and the crew never disappoints. I’ve seen them dancing while cleaning as the cook always does a fantastic job with my food and its presentation. My Mexican Pizza always looks and tastes great, my DLTs always have the perfect perportions of ingredients. Looks like more people rather complain than give credit where credit is due. Good job team, us hungry people appreciate your work!
