EVERYTIME i order from here late at night the food is poorly made, cold and WRONG. I get it .. it’s late but guess what this is your JOB, no one is forcing you to work there. It’s actually quite sad that this has happened way too many times. The employees suck idk if it’s a sick joke but it’s disappointing

Your night crew on 7/11/2025 around 2:30am-4:30am. Got something for them later tonight(don’t care now if it ain’t the sane people)
I ordered once thru uber eats! To have my 1st driver told it was picked up, the 4 others who tried got told the same thing.. it got to the point uber had to cancel on their end, and tell me to reorder.
I did, reorder, cause I never usually receive bad services. And correct me if I’m wrong, even if 3rd party you have to confirm on your end? It was, this 2nd time, my first driver was only a minute down the street, super close. Well he gets there and is told once again the same as my first attempt. It has been picked up, 2nd driver for this attempt says the same. I can’t cancel with out losing $15 bucks! So I go in person to get it bumping into the 3rd driver before he gets there. I’m trying to ask about my order and your employees are laughing about it as they told me, sorry it’s been picked up again. I almost shoot the place up for the disrespect but held it in. The services I got and how I was treated was highly unprofessional, and if nothing is dealt with, Idk

The moment we walked into Taco bell, you can hear and see the employees arguing and fighting. They were very unprofessional and when taking my order, the employee was rude and continued to argue with each other. We waited approximately 30 min for our food, and during that time they were still bickering with one another. As soon as my order was ready, I hurried and left, not realizing I didn't get my drinks. But I felt so uncomfortable, that I didn't go back for it. Ill drive the extra 10 min for better service at a different Taco bell

Staff refuse to let you add any extras or get exactly what you order. Staff are nasty towards customers and seem to think the restaurant wouldn’t exist if they weren’t their. Staff seems to be the ones that own the place because nothing is ever corrected or changes with customers service. The quality of the food is nasty as well. I’m really surprised they have been open this long.

To start off there was only one other car in line in the drive through and it was 15 minutes before we even got to order then we ordered took a minute when we got to the window we got our food got home to find out they gave me 3 soggy soft taco Supremes instead of the 2 chicken chalupas meal I ordered look at the receipt to find out they got the order wrong even after we had to tell them three times when we were ordering tried calling to complain and the phone was busy the whole night never got ahold of anybody. I live off of Indian school rd and they are on Peoria which made it to far to just go back up there. Worst fast food experience of my life. I will never go-to that taco bell again I stay going to the one by my house in 75th Ave and Indian school. I rate that one as a 10 employees are friendly they never have gotten my order wrong and the food is always hot and fresh.

Worse experience ever they gave our order away to someone else and told us we couldn’t have a refund and they can’t make our food again. They ended up giving us our order we got home opened it the food was burnt.
