Bad service went to the drive thru manager couldn't hear my husband ordering so I help him by raising my voice a little louder so she could hear n she started giving me attitude like insinuating I was yelling at her on top of that she gave me the wrong order I guess she was too busy correcting my voice instead of actually doing her job n give me the correct order very unprofessional service next time I'm going to another taco bell customer service needs more training to b professional in that taco bell

Was picking up a DoorDash… the employees working tonight ALL had nasty attitudes. Don’t take it out on me.
Really disappointed. I've been doing keto and low carb for a long time now. I heard you could order the cantina bowl without the rice and beans so I stopped in to try it. Im not a fan of the new look and having to order on a kiosk is not my favorite either. I actually didn't know they switched to these so I went up to the counter to order and got ignored for a little bit then looked at awkwardly when I tried to order. I ordered double meat and either I didn't get that or their portions are tiny. Honestly just a really pathetic meal. Bought two and spent almost $30 for that...no surprise but I definitely won't be back. Im sure this place is still ok if you don't have dietary restrictions. I just don't think it's worth the price and the atmosphere is just really cold now.

WAITRESS WAS GREAT AND VERY HELPFUL INDEED
I just wanted to say thank you to the crew over here at taco bell, I had car trouble while in drive thru and they assisted me and on top of that made sure I was okay. I can’t remember the name of the man who helped me, but he was extremely helpful! On top of that my order came fresh! Thank you guys!

I hate doing this because they were super nice at the drive thru but I’m currently experiencing the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had in my life, and all I had to eat (yesterday) was a few Tacos from there. This is so bad. Avoid it if you can.

it was bad, i waited 10 min in line , finally get to order and no one is there. 5 min was long enough. i drive to the window and there is no sign of anyone. were they being robbed? or smoking a joint? love taco bell but thus one sucked
I have been a regular (several times a week) customer of the Taco Bell on Peoria and 67th Avenues for well over a decade. Today was the ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE I have ever experienced at any Taco Bell. Don't know if she is still there, but there was a manager who had short dark hair who was there for years who was absolutely fabulous - as was her staff. Too bad if she's not with that location anymore. A big loss to Taco Bell for sure. Today's experience could not have been worse. When in line at the drive through placing my order (and no order is ever less than close to or exceeding $50), I let the customer service staff member know that two five layer burritos were left out of my order yesterday evening and asked if they would please not charge me for the burritos today since I didn't get what I paid for yesterday. A manager came on the speaker and asked if I had called and registered a formal complaint and I said no, that I knew I was coming tonight and thought it would be better to just tell them in person (as I have done in the past when food has been omitted or prepared incorrectly and have received a very nice response each and every time and things were made right). Who knew that you couldn't just go in person to let them know they forgot food - you have to call them first! Seems kind of incomprehensible to me. The female manager was not at all nice about it either - very curt and ABSOLUTELY NO APOLOGY for having left off the food I paid for. Really kind of unbelievable. As I was reviewing the food to make sure it was correct tonight, I saw lettuce on an item that shouldn't have it and gave it to the young man asking that it be remade. The manager then came to the window, told me in no uncertain terms that I could not give food back to them and that she scolded her staff for even taking the food back from a customer and then proceeded to tell me that there was no lettuce on it and that she had taken a picture of it to prove that point. Seriously? Why would I want to return something to be remade that wasn't made improperly in the first place only to have the rest of my food get cold waiting? What would be the point of that? She then told me that I was being rude when I told her that I had seen lettuce. I responded that perhaps she didn't see it, but I did and we would just have to agree to disagree as to whether there had been lettuce on the food item. She then slammed the drive through window with great force while I was still talking. Today's experience was absolutely beyond the pale of poor customer service and, while it will pain me to have to drive further to another Taco Bell to get my family's food - I will NEVER EVER visit that Taco Bell again. I certainly hope this kind of treatment of loyal, long-time customers who have literally spent thousands of dollars over the years is not indicative of Taco Bell's approach to customer service. Shame on that female manager! She clearly needs retraining on the correct way to handle customer issues. Right now, she is absolutely clueless in that regard.
