I ordered the new chicken cantina and this is how it came out. I also ordered a nacho crunch wrap and it was made wrong. I did complain and they fixed it no issues but seeing as that’s how they sent the cantina chicken taco out I didn’t even feel the need to complain about this. All it was was a greasy chicken taco. This location does not make it correct at all. I’ve had it at other locations and it was so tasty. Very disappointed.I also witnessed a customer come in who didn’t want to order on the kiosk and the workers went over to the kiosk to help them which I thought was very weird.

My Momma's name is Elizabeth but my name is James. I'm using her computer. This is my review.When I met the employee at the front counter, I asked to order a Mexican Pizza Combo Meal, and 3-orders of Cinnamon Twists. The employee politely instructed me to place my order at the kiosk machine. I'm special needs. I don't understand computers so good, so I asked the employee, "How do I do that?" He said, "I'll help you," and came with me to the kiosk machine. With great memory, he repeated my order back to me, while pressing the buttons necessary to place the order for my food. What I appreciate most is that he was kind and understanding with me about my disability, and above and beyond helpful, because he operated the kiosk for me that I didn't understand. Computers are hard for me, Momma's helping me fill out this survey right now. I asked the employee if I would have to use the kiosk next time I come in. He kindly told me not to worry because, anytime I come in, I can ask any employee and they will help me just the same as he did that day. Furthermore, the food was wonderful as always, and the wait time was less than three minutes. Above and beyond customer service.

The employees will lie to you and say they don't have a drawer so they can't take your order. But I've had employees take my order many times before. also if you select cash at the kiosk they have to ring you up at the counter because their cash drawers are behind the counter. however the employees will lie and say they can take your order because they don't have a drawer which is untrue. this location is losing a ton of business because they won't take orders.When you do order through the kiosk they mess it up anyway. you don't get your drink cups until your food is done and ultimately is really making things less efficient for them.

I ordered ahead as I am currently experiencing hard times and by signing up for the rewards I got a box for $1. I rode my bicycle with my little 7 pound rescue Lady in my arms. When I got there my food was done and waiting, as I chose the time. The staff was pleasant and there were no issues with Lady quietly sitting with me in a far corner. Clean, courteous, welcoming. Would recommend for sure

If 0 stars was an option that’s what this place would get. The order wasn’t right and when I went inside they was gonna tell me they can give me what they missed but refused to give me fresh hot food and told me it wasn’t their fault it got cold but they are the ones who messed up the order to begin with. And when I asked if the employee would eat cold food his response was no and he don’t expect me to either but refused to remake my order that was cold. So I asked for a refund and went to a different Taco Bell. They can’t use the excuse they was busy because the store was empty. They have lost my business.

It has been a long time since a drive through service clerk has greeted us with a smile and thanked us for coming. Larissa went above and beyond. Even though it's New Year's Eve, she seemed happy to see us. We had a great experience at the drive through for the first time in a long time. Thanks Larissa. The KFC next door could learn something from you.

I've never really had issues with this location the yr ND half I've lived near by but the fact is I bought two of the party taco ND burrito packs spent $$50 dollars ND asked for no sour cream ND they put sour cream in the 7 burritos that I asked twice for no sour cause my husband is allergic but other than that still like tacobell just not listening to my one request

The rudest people I have ever met. Refused to help me at the register, forcede to use the kiosk for 5 separate orders. It all went downhill from there. I will never go back to this location. The entire dining room of customers were unhappy and being treated poorly.

This location is horrible. The customer service is lacking big time. The employees are lazy and have no communication. We hardly eat fast food but like most sometimes you just want it. Sadly, when we go it's this location closest to us and no matter the different managers your tell 3 to 6 months between, while "giving it another try" it just doesn't change or even bother them. Called the corporate number just to be told sorry. That was it. Sorry for your experience. What else can we do. Um alright. Clearly the issue isn't just store level, it comes from the top.Sad this location was redone and looked good, but it's always dirty and with the service the way it is, it was a total waste of funds. The food presentation is terrible, hald the toppings on a Taco are missing. Last burrito I got had more beans on the outside the inside. And when we ordered chips, they got 3 in the package the rest were just dumped all over the bag as I watched the kid throw them in because he was angry I asked for the chops I paid for. At first I just tried to be nice and say excuse me, we didn't get the chips we ordered. He said yes you did, I was like well I'm standing here, I opened the bag at the counter to check, he said check again. So I did, another lady walks over looks and said oh ok where did they go, I said I didn't even walk away. I'm still in the same spot, there are no chips, kid got mad threw them in a different bag. I said thanks now who's the manager. Guess what, it was the kid throwing the chips. Just petty. So then I asked for our drink cups we had asked for 3 times, and my kids frozen drink, he said they don't have frozen drinks. As I'm looking at 3 on the Uber eats pick up shelf. So I said fine just give us an extra soda cup, he said we charge for those. So I said ok, well then refund my frozen drink and charge me for a soda. Turned out I still was up on that, which I knew and was willing to eat it but since he was rude I made him refund it. Soda machine had 3 or 4 sodas out, I mentioned to the older lady there and she said yea, the manager knows already, she was sorry but nothing she could do.This was the most recent visit. 2 months ago. I made calls and not a single reply.
