Terrible service. Pepsi was out and I was completely ignored by staff. After I finally told someone about it, nothing was done. Manager was full of excuses for why I was ignored and during my meal Pepsi was never fixed. They guy at the drive thru looked at me a few times and literally ignored me. Absolutely terrible service.

I ordered The crunchy beef taco The shell was soggy and broken into many pieces. The chicken enchilada burrito had rice that was uncooked and crunchy. I tried to call the restaurant and the phone number on receipt was for Peoria IL not Peoria AZ. The person answering the phone in IL was rude I filled out the review on the website but the submit button wouldn’t work. It willbe snot day in AZ before I go back

Went thru drive-thru Friday, 14th at 7:00 pm. Ordered 4 tacos with extra ground beef and 1 with regular beef. Got home and found all 5 to be made the same, with no extra beef in the 4 that I WAS CHARGED EXTRA FOR. I called the store, introduced myself, Lynda, and was immediately called sir. Mentioned to the lady she g maybe I should speak to corporate. She was happy to tell me that they are franchise, as if it wouldn’t matter who I called. Too many other options for tacos in this city. Will never go back to that Taco Bell.

My expectations are already pretty low and still they managed to disappoint. The staff was friendly. But when I heard the guy behind the window say “Oh No” and give us a free drink. I knew we were I for it. Only received about half of what we ordered and some items we did not order. But it was all edible so 🤷🏻♀️

I know the bell is getting some negative reviews on being dirty and all, but mine off 91st Union Hills in front of frys is the bomb. Always fresh and clean.

THE PHONE NUMBER LISTED IS FOR A TACO BELL IN COLLINSVILLE ILLINOIS
Placed a mobile order and made it home just to see that half of my order was missing, called for a refund on the missing items and the manager had no idea who I am/any of my order details because the phone number listed for this location is actually for a Taco Bell location TWENTY TWO HOURS AWAY.
Drove back to get the missing items and the “manager” had the audacity to claim that this location has been under remodel (this part is true) and that they just reopened today for ONE DAY ONLY so they can “make some money” and then they’re closing down again for further remodeling. I was born at night but it wasn’t last night, and between my husband and myself have over 15 years of fast food management experience. Yall have got some truly dim witted people at this location for them to make up a ridiculous excuse like that instead of just apologizing and fixing the mistake.

Placed my order and was asked to pull around front, which I did. At least 4 other cars pulled around as well. 15 minutes later a worker came out with multiple bags on her arm, going around and delivering them. Being the first in line, my order sat while 4 others were made. Needless to say, my food was cold and soggy, with the taco shells sticking to the paper, so fell apart when trying to eat them. This was totally unacceptable.
So either your Google page is wrong w the time you close or your employees are closing the store an hour early. If your not going to abide by the time listed on Google then you need to update this. But it's wrong to close a store when your times say you should be open. I hope your manager sees this for those of you working tonight
Alright don't eat here too late though lol or you will pay for it later on
