Walked in, and no one greated us, the kid behind the counter, Damian, had NO people skills, never said hello, and wow, he didn't know that the drink i ordered came in large. We got our food before our drinks. To me, that's backward. I am very big on greeting customers and knowing the menu.

This is the worst location of any Taco Bell I have been to for years. If you go online to pick what you want then go to the store they tell you they don’t have the item- for example the chili cheese burrito and the double beefy crunch burrito- I’ll never go here again and I would not recommend them to anybody. On top of all that they NEVER get the order right. This place might as well shut down it’s terrible. Your location is garbage and I hope you shut down

The 2 times that I came to this location, the food was great! Each time I did wait at drive thru window for a moment but only because they were literally making my order fresh! (Ordered thru their app for pick up) But besides that, great location & great service.
This location has gotten so much better since they became a Taco Bell only location. Love the Taco Bell breakfast options. Staff are always friendly

Terrible service. Pepsi was out and I was completely ignored by staff. After I finally told someone about it, nothing was done. Manager was full of excuses for why I was ignored and during my meal Pepsi was never fixed. They guy at the drive thru looked at me a few times and literally ignored me. Absolutely terrible service.

I ordered The crunchy beef taco The shell was soggy and broken into many pieces. The chicken enchilada burrito had rice that was uncooked and crunchy. I tried to call the restaurant and the phone number on receipt was for Peoria IL not Peoria AZ. The person answering the phone in IL was rude I filled out the review on the website but the submit button wouldn’t work. It willbe snot day in AZ before I go back
