Why advertise a ‘Box’ Deal when it’s always served in a paper bag and I have to search for everyone’s items within that one bag. Numerous times has this happened now… and at this location. I would hope that a franchise would follow the same rules as any other location.

I asked for nacho cheese in all of my tacos and extra in the burrito they barely but any cheese in the burrito and all three tacos didn’t have cheese l. I was also charged for those items I won’t be back for a while. Food also wasn’t good.

Got a crunchwrap and the tortilla was super stale and over toasted. They were not even busy at the time. Take pride in what you do. People spend their hard earned money and to get bad food. Just terrible.

I waited over 30 minutes for my food tonight and I got home and my entire order was made wrong. I got the items that I asked for but I asked for no lettuce or sour cream on one of my items and there was both and on the other item I asked for no sour cream and there was sour cream. My food was cold and I waited so long for it.

Poor quality for the items that were correct. Cheese sauce entirely missing from order. Fiesta Potatoes substituted for some nasty fries covered in a strange and foul-tasting sauce underneath. Awful experience ordering from here.

Did the kiosk order for the family. Love it. Simple and should be exactly what I want. Assuming they can read. Ordered a chalupa without lettuce and tomatoes added chicken. Got a chalupa with everything. Sent it back and was quickly given another that was also wrong, just missing beef this time. I know there's a huge chunk of the population of adults that are illiterate. This taco bell reflects that apparently. Place was clean and nice inside though. Staff were polite at least.
