Went here for breakfast this morning. I ordered some sauce on the side in a crunch wrap that I ordered. I also got no nacho cheese and added regular cheese when I received my order. I did not have my sauce on the side and also didn’t put cheese in my burrito, which I paid for very frustrating.

Just sad. We loved taco bell so much as kids. Not just good fast food but a fun place to grab a bite. When they went to self order....that was a no brainer....time to leave. Haven't been back. I've found it's pretty easy to elimate when a business goes...how do you say...CHEAP! Blah blah blah about today's aconomy. Its SUCKS! None of us should be eating out. Having said that...that's why it's so easy to elimate Domino's, Pizza Hut and now my newest 2 adds are taco bell and salad and go. I get to choose where I eat and spend my hard earned cash...those are not getting another red cent. For the record it's been 3 years since I've set foot in a Domino's or pizza hut. You find NEW NEW FAVORITES and we have. Welcome to the world of choices ?

After repeated complains for the past 6 months or more, I am giving up on this Taco Bell. I would rather drive another 20 minutes round trip to go to another taco bell. Poor service, very long drive thru times, inaccurate food, food quality, and finally one of the managers verbatim comment, "I can't control what goes out there." - by that he was commenting about food through drive thru window. I wrote to corporate 3 times. Tried find the area manager's contact. Nobody every got back to me. I'm giving up.
I never write a review but this one had to. My daughter went to pick up a order for a friend, friend order online for drive thru pick up. When she arrived they told her that they did not have the order, the worker at the drive thru was nice and asked the manager if they could still make the order since he had the conformation for the order, the manager stated No since the order was not in their system. My daughter than decided to park and just go inside and make another order and repay. As she was ordering she hears the MANAGER tell one of the employee " I DON'T NO WHAT THE HELL YOUR PROBLEM IS " and continued to curse and yell the the employee. My daughter was just shocked and looked around as there was costumers sitting and eating. If this was your child or family member i would advise them to quite. No one should be treated in that manner.

Don't expect an actual person to interact with you if you walk inside to order. We go there frequently for lunch and now it has gotten to the point that even though we needed their assistance with the stupid kiosk because it froze up, they acted as if we were absolutely invisible. They weren't too busy or inept... They simply would not serve us in real time with actual human communication. It was absurd and we will NEVER go there again! We're telling as many people as possible because a place that operates like that doesn't deserve anyone's hard-earned money.

It’s fast food don’t get your hopes up. Sometimes it’s not bad, tonight? It’s dog food. At least my dogs food is warm.They got $15/hr and this is the results.
Won’t be coming back to this location. They always mess our order up and then they charge you almost $6 for a quesadilla and this is what they give you….really?

I called and the worker said the doors were locked because they were short staffed so...this is not the first time at this particular location. The drive thru was extremely busy so we just left...

me and my aunt went delivering we waited 30 minutes to get someones order through the drive thru the food was cold like it was sitting out a while we went back waited another 25 minutes told them on the speaker they started laughing then told us to go to the window finally got hot food and we were late an hour to our

They won’t take your order and force the kiosk. I ordered an ice tea and didn’t get it. Couldn’t get someone to acknowledge me. Had to grab my own cup, ice tea is out. Once someone acknowledges me they tell me they have no ice tea. I ask for a refund and the employee turns and walks away. No one would come back to the counter.
