Tailgaters & IL Primo Peoria

It was not that busy, but service was much slower than usual. May have been a shortage of help. Food was not as good as usual. French fries seemed way off. Different color, not fresh, no flavor. I hate to give it a lower than usual rating, but I have to be honest, it was not their best day. But I will still go back and hope everything is back to normal.

5 stars all the way!!!! Big place and PACKED for Football. Service was fast and food was great!! Plenty of TV's for every game. Had the Cobb salad..l
..the other food coming out looked Awsome!!

Tonight my family and I had a server who was super nice, but horrible service. I understand it was busy but I am a server and this just felt like we were forgotten about. She was no where to be seen the whole time and we had to ask three different servers to help assist us.When she was seen, she went to every table but ours. She said she would get something we requested, and never would come back with it. Had to find plates and napkins from another server, and flag her down when we wanted to order. Won’t name drop, and we still tipped as one should. Just hoping this doesn’t happen to anyone again as it was a bad day to end a long travel day coming from across the country.

Great local sports bar! The food is tasty, lots of tv screens, and BEST customer service I’ve experienced in AZ. You can’t go wrong with this Tailgaters location!!!

Kid-friendliness: It’s kid friendly but for some staff like Racheal. I have to downgrade because of people like Racheal, we were having our drinks and suddenly we seem to be only preferred set of people where Ms. Racheal had issues with. With respect will try to stay of the facility from next time on.

Just order doordash on 12/1/24. I ordered 10 wings mild to be delivered to my location. Not only did I not get any sauce on my wings, they were overcooked and bland. I'll think about giving these guys another chance.

We used to love this place. Tonight we made a delivery order. After an hour and a half, we called to get the status. We spoke to the receptionist and she stated we had canceled our order after calling in. Never happened. After being put on hold the manager told us that she was on the way to deliver the food but she received a call that we asked for it to be held and that we would pick it up. Different story and also not the truth. She then stated that she would get the food that was sitting there for an hour delivered. She did offer to recook it but our trust factor was gone. Had to cancel it. I do not mind mistakes but being lied to is a problem. The manager seemed to care less about the situation Buckeye location.
