I lived on the same block as LA Tacos for 4 years and have enjoyed their food all along and the family that owns this place put their everything into it, day in and out. My son and I love the Al Pastor street tacos, especially. Only $1.50 on Tuesdays and even when not on special they are worth every penny. Have since moved a little further but we happily drive over when the cravings hit. Highly recommend!

I got three street tacos with rice and beans and it all came to $22 and the carne asada wasnt seasoned at all. In fact it was more like unseasoned chopped up cube steak

Best Mexican food out here on this side of town

I came here for a quick lunch ordered chicken tacos with a co-worker. He ordered the chorizo breakfast burrito. The tacos came with very little meat in them. Also two lumps of fat and it wasn't chicken. Neither of them were my buddy's breakfast. Burrito was completely loaded with potatoes pretty much only found a few pieces of tiny scraps of chorizo in there. Maybe we ordered the wrong stuff..

Best Mexican food restaurant in Peoria AZ. Everything made pure and natural. Their red chili is very delicious and it’s not powdered. You must try their pozole. Not to mention their gorditas.

Food was great. Had beef rolled tacos, chicken & beef hard tacos and California burrito. Pico is a little heavy on cilantro so if you aren’t a huge fan, get it on the side. Otherwise exceptional food at a great value.

First time going today and it was delicious! Ordered tacos adobada, fish taco, and a torta cubana with fries. It was all good but the torta was sooooo good. Also the adobada meat was a bit on the crispy side which I personally like, but others may think it’s over cooked. I loved the flavor tho. Definitely will be going back

California burrito wasn’t bad at all. I was starving and it definitely filled me up. Nice little dining area & customer service was very good.

I made a spontaneous stop at LA Tacos in Peoria for lunch and ordered the carne asada loaded fries. This dish was a revelation.

The fries were hot, fresh, and crispy, while the carne asada was seasoned to perfection with cumin, garlic, and onions, so tender. The shredded Monterey Jack cheese and sour cream added a creamy texture, while the slightly spicy cheese sauce complemented the dish beautifully. I opted for guacamole and pico de gallo on the side, realizing they could be spicy. They were not but were very flavorful and were clearly made in house. My friend had the Lengua burrito, which was filled with large, tender chunks of beef tongue. She said the flavor reminded her of her childhood.

The restaurant boasted a salsa bar with a variety of heat levels. My portion was so generous that I'll be enjoying the leftovers for dinner. As I brought my fork closer to my mouth, I could smell the smoky aroma of the perfectly seared meat. This hidden gem is definitely worth another visit

Classic hole-in-the-wall Mexican place. Crazy good tacos for cheap, so if that's what you're after, stop by and try it. It's worth it.

This is the real deal as far as good food. I ordered the carne asada appetizer it has the works and French fries underneath the meat ..so delicious. My hubby ordered fish tacos he said they were delicious. The girl at the phone store told us about it. The workers are very nice too. We say lots of take out orders. We've been there 5 times they are very consistent. We came from Chicago and after 2 1/2 years we've found our Mexican honey hole. Price are very good too, you get bang for your buck.
