A young staff is expected at this type of venue, however, I feel like more training to make them a more competent staff would be great. When we first arrived at 6:30 for our dinner reservation, they couldn't find it and made it seem like it was a problem even though the dinning area had more empty tables than full. They kept referring to our 8:30 reservation for a shooting booth. Seems like if there was a issue with the reservation, and you have people showing up to eat and planned to shoot afterwards, just lead them to a table and get things going. Instead, we had to thumb through emails on our phone to prove we had a reservation in order to gain access to a partially filled, definitely not very busy dinning room. Not a huge deal, but turns off certain people. We will definitely be back, we enjoy the experience, but would be nice to have a staff that had some competence and good decision making skills when you are going to choose a place to spend anywhere from $400 to $600 on a night out with friends. We actually would have stayed longer and spent more, but was kinda turned off by the gal at the front who sold us our shooting time. She really pushed for us to pre purchase a third hour because she couldn't guarantee a booth would be available later if things got busy. I totally understand and respect the heads up, but with as slow as it was, it smelt of desperation and wasn't presented well. Food was good. Drinks were good and staff was attentive with nice attention to refills. Guns at shooting booth were ok, seemed to act up intermittently and of course when the staff checked them they were fine, so instead of wasting time on our 2 hours session, we just played on.
