Pretty rare for me to give a one-star review, but this is well deserved. Service was horrible. The manager was extremely rude. He told us never to come back. Service couldn't get the food out on time. We ordered 8oz steaks, and everyone was a different size.The worst part was the manager Leroy. He was horrible. I can't believe the owner hired that clown. If I was the owner he would of been terminated on the spot.After we complained, he told us to never come back. He seriously said that to a customer. He has no idea how to be a manager. Seeing other reviews it looks like this is a pretty regular thing for this place.Dont worry. We would never be back to such a poor excuse for a restaurant. I'll make sure everyone I know also advoids this place. It's seriously the worst restaurant I have experienced in a very long time.After talking with the owner I can say to absolutely avoid this place. It's seriously the worst restaurant I have reviewed. He told me there is no corporate office LOL.Let see how corporate responds.

We came in as a family of 11. Our server never refilled our drinks, our Mac n cheese was so dry you could see noodles and no cheese on most of them in 3 different bowls. We asked for new dish and the server took the bowls back that were ate out of.... and scooped cheese on top and handed them back. No one knew who's were who's so they were not ate. Our med stakes were really well done and tough. It just was not a good experience. It's unfortunate, because we love Texas Road House.

Have always had a positive experience at this location until Saturday. I was enjoying a delicious salad until I felt something stringy in the mouth. Pulled it out of my mouth and almost vomited all over the table! There was a blonde hair in my salad which ended up in my mouth! Manager Cameron did take my plate off the bill but I feel like more should have been done. I still had to pay for my son's meal and our drinks. I literally sat there and watched my son eat his food all by himself. They did offer to make me something else but I was beyond disgusted at that point to even try eating anything else. It was by far one of my worst dining experiences. What should have been a nice night out with my son turned into a nightmare! I would stay away from here unless you like hair in your mouth!

Asked for a well done crispy chicken but got a burnt chicken horrible experience
Got seated fast and food came at a incredible pace. The whole party was stuffed and happy by the end of the meal.The bread rolls are to die for and the ribs were literally fall off the bone.

Frequently go here and usually always a great experience. Recommend downloading the app and using the add to wait list function. Usually an hour or more to get a table on the weekends but not too bad on weekdays. Very busy, next to Peoria Sports Complex so really busy during spring training and special events. Love the free peanuts too!Parking: When busy you need to park and walk but usually parking available, shares the lot with Buco De Beppo
