This is our third visit to this location. The quality has been inconsistent—some days the food is good, other days it’s below average. Tonight’s meal was unsatisfactory. The dumplings were cold, and the curry lacked flavor, even at the highest spice level. Given the price, the experience was disappointing.

I just sat at this restaurant for an hour and a half with 3 of my kids and ended up telling them I want a refund. I literally watched at least 40 people come and go and my food was still not done. absolutely ridiculous!! will not waste my time there ever again!

On Sunday night, November 16, 2025 my wife wanted to order dinner and us a 3rd party app called InKind which has a special offer of spend $100 get $50 off your order. We tried several times to figure out how to get the discount and couldn’t figure it out. My wife finally called the store and spoke to Brenda who was very helpful in trying to help us and apply the discount. Ultimately, we couldn’t make it work, so we just ordered dinner without the discount for pick up.
15 minutes later, my phone rang and it was Brenda from Thai Chili 2 Gilbert Crossing who proceeded to tell us a customer had come into the store and told her how to use InKind. She shared this process with us while on the phone with my wife and we successfully used InKind and received the designated discount.
I want to stay that Brenda provided the best customer service and experience I’ve had in Gilbert in the last 11 years.
Brenda is the consummate professional in customer experience/service and her management should be very proud to have a team member like Brenda.
They have a customer for life from me and my dinner guests from a simple act of kindness and service to make a customer feel important to their local family owned Gilbert business!

My wife had to go pick up food for us from here on 75th Ave and Bell Rd. She said the young girl had a look of displeased for being at work. She asked the girl at the counter if everything was as ordered, she said yeah, but my wife comes home with missing ingredients. She paid the extra for th3 extra add on ingredients. This location has given us missed orders once before, thought they'd be more careful, guess not. We're just not going to get our food from here anymore. Thanx

If you pick up your food double-check that they put the extras that you ordered like peanuts any sides like dressings every time I go in and I say are you sure that peanuts are in there are you sure the dressing is in there they tell me yeah it's all in there and when I get home of course they're not in there,this happened twice, check your bag before you leave the restaurant

Tried this place while on my usual hunt for good Thai food. Ordered Thai fried rice and asked for it hot—but it ended up tasting sweet instead. I paid extra for basil and got maybe 2-3 leaves, and just a couple flakes of onion. No veggies at all. No flavor either. Really disappointing.
