I walked in to order take out. There were only a couple of people waiting on their orders so I did not expect a long wait. However after about 20 minutes of seeing pick ups for online deliveries I asked about my order and was told it would be about 5 minutes longer. After another 10 minutes I asked for a refund and left without food.I've eaten there in the past and the food is good. But they are understaffed and cannot handle all the online orders as well as their walk in customers. I'm glad they are popular and their business doing well. However, if they are not taking care of the customers who are in the store, they should at least inform us of the wait times before placing an order

I have been 3 times total over 1 year for a fair review.My bowl (extra noodles) was 18.00. It was filled halfway up the cup. Way too expensive.Only 4 carrots/bell pepper slices... they skimp on the ingredients.It's oily but in a boring way. The oil is just a veggie oil but tastes cheap.Somehow the food tastes like the smell of the restaurant and unfortunately the restaurant smells like the sewer backed up in the bathroom. It smells like poo, bad.It's clear it not a clean place. Look in corners, on counter etc... just not a well kept place.Service is not good, the dude was amazing the first time (super funny) when it opened but obviously whoever runs this place makes his employees lives miserable and their attitudes reflect that.Mostly it's just WAYYYYYYY too expensive. 18.00 is absurd for a veggie noodle bowl with cheap oil.
