I ordered the cheese fries and sliders to go. I received five disappointing waffle fries with cheese which barely covered half of the go to box. The patty on the two sliders were very chewy and that also came with a disappointing amount of fries as well. I waited 20 minutes for a small amount of food that cost $16.

Horrible experience coming here. Friday night I was looking for a good chicken place and I found this place on Google. It had five stars and great ratings. I have no clue why now…I order for pickup. When I arrive, The Bad Chick is no where to be found. It’s actually a small dive bar. I go up to the bar to ask about my order and no one knew what I was talking about. Someone finally comes out and says “You shouldn’t have been able to order food. I switched off all my ordering apps”. I showed him my confirmation number/email and he rudely brushed me off saying “Well I don’t know, doordash will just refund you when the order isnt marked complete. I don’t have food for you” and walked away. I left and the next day I get an email saying The Bad Chick marked my order complete which caused me to be charged.Luckily I called Doordash and they did refund me. I wanted to put an honest review on Google because I was really mislead by all of the 5 star reviews. I also checked Yelp later and they have horrible reviews (all similar stories to mine). I wish I would have checked Yelp before ordering.

Was so excited to try the chicken sandwich but the place is not what I expected. This is a bar that has seen its better day with a ghost kitchen. Walked in and no room at the bar so took a seat at a high top. Bartender came over and we asked for menu. She came back with flyer and said to scan code to get menu. Then stated she handled the bar and someone else handles the kitchen. Never said that we couldn't order there or it was a ghost kitchen. Scan code and showed everything was out of stock. After over 5 minutes bartending finally came back and stated didn't know why showing out so ask cook to help us. Guy comes out and says issue with scan but order on a different app. I couldn't order through the cook. Why would I order on another app when I was on the original website? The bartender provided crappy service, unfriendly and is clueless about the ordering of food. Left without ordering anything and went somewhere else to eat

Wow.. just wow. Tried this place cuz I was working in the area. I love chicken sandwiches but this one was very impressive! The most tender and juicy chicken I’ve experienced in a chicken sandwich! The breading was cajuny? I got Buffalo sauce and it had the perfect amount of kick! Very pleased with the meal and highly recommend!

Hi Yelpers, Ok, fyi, I can't really give a review on the taste of the food because there were factors that influenced our first time experience with bad chick, you ready? The line-up of chicken sandwiches looked incredible. They caught my eye and so I immediately made plans to eat at this new place! It was Friday night, we invited friends, new restaurant on the west side, mingling, etc! You get the vibes. When we got there it was at The Coop Bar on the crossroads of Peoria & 83rd. The only person who we saw helping customers was the bartender, no servers, food busser, host, etc. The bartender was very pleasant and had a great attitude despite the fact that she had to do everything! She explained, the kitchen is new (The Bad Chick) but you can only order online and pick-up. You can have a "dining experience" but there isn't a lot of places to sit inside, everything is for a bar experience, and going outside in the patio is worse. The patio did not look like it was ready to receive customers apart form their beer pong table that was set-up. Plus, I felt bad eating there because there was only one person doing everything but she really had a great attitude, she also said she'd help the kitchen bring out the food. On top of all this, when we looked at the menu online they only had 2-3 chicken sandwiches available to order not the whole line-up they had been advertising. That did upset me. Overall, @The Bad Chick did not prepare for their customers. I'm hoping this will change and one day I can go back and try their food.

Tried the bad chick for the first time and let me tell you, I drove 45 mins and it was totally worth it! The customer service was top notch and the chicken was even better! Highly recommend them! Good luck guys!
