I love The Vig. The service is always good but this time, I had a change in numbers and they went over and above to accommodate my group! Ultimately the extra person did not show!! The service was excellent - our server, whose name, to my chagrin I did omitted to get, was just so good! He made everyone feel special and nothing was too much trouble! I have said it before in a Review for this establishment and I shall say it again - Awesome! Their menu is extensive & offers...

Service was quick and attentive. The ambiance was great though it was a bit difficult to hear the waiter and the lighting was a little dark which made it difficult to read the menu. That being said, all our dishes were delicious. We had the calamari and shrimp, the pretzel, fish and chips, and pesto chicken rigatoni. Some of the dishes could use just a bit more salt but otherwise, our party enjoyed everything. It was our first time there but we'll definitely be back.

We went for an early lunch on a weekday, so the restaurant was fairly empty. We sat at a hightop in the bar area. The music was still turned up from the night before and our wait person gladly turned it down at our request. Asian salads were good and my posole was perfect - I will be going back for this dish!
