After trying Twist Hot Chicken for the first time I went back the very next day it was that good. The food is delicious and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Note: you can choose your spice level including not spicy.

First I ordered the Twist Chicken Mac and cheese. I’m always skeptical about Mac and Cheese at these types of places but it was the perfect amount of cheese and creamyness. The chicken that came on top was even better. The chicken here is not too breaded and is actually a good size piece compared to any major franchise. The twist sauce on top was a perfect match for the chicken too.
Additionally I ordered the Mac and Cheese bites. They are unlike any Mac and Cheese bites I’ve ever had. They are actually seasoned on the outside and have a perfect ratio yet again on the inside. With that I ordered their avocado ranch and regular ranch which they make in house. I have to say the sauces are absolutely on point. I had a chance to talk to the chefs and they said they worked on each item on the menu for over a year to perfect it including the sauces.

The second time I went to Twist I ordered their chicken basket. Again the chicken was perfect. Not too breaded and big and juicy on the inside. The rub on the chicken is also to die for. This time I got to try the fries. I have never seen fries like this at a fast food restaurant. They are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with a perfect seasoning on the outside.

Each time I went I got a fountain drink. They have some pepsi products but their main line is stubborn which is amazing. Instead of corn syrup stubborn uses real cane sugar.

Overall they know what they are doing here. A must try! This place is the next big thing.

Great place for a delicious spin on chicken tenders. The food is absolutely fresh, hot, and tasty! My husband had the combo which comes with huge portion of crinkle cut fries dusted with seasoning, a chicken sandwich which we chose the honey hot and a huge chicken tender. I ordered the Nashville Hot Mac which is creamy, cheesy, spicy mac n cheese with 2 huge chicken tenders, dill pickle chips and topped with a spicy sauce and cojita cheese.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is fun and energetic. The music was perfect volume and upbeat alternative genre.
We will be back again and again!

Not bad. Kinda like Daves Hot Chicken. Fries were better than Daves. Prices kinda steep but you did get a good amount of food. Would like a little more crisp.

come here all the time for doordash and uber pick ups. last week i picked up before close and showed an employee i confirmed before he asked me to. since i know the drill the employees ask to confirm. but this time he asked if I'm giving a reason not to be trusted. he said he trusts all people until he doesn't think he can trust them. again asks if i can not be trusted. i was just my job but felt like he was accusing me of trying to steal. sorry I'm autistic and socially awkward and you think you can't trust me. i will be and have been declining all orders from here. nice way to treat people.

Its like it was deliberately done. I went in to get a sandwich and paid for not only, the pickles that were already supposed to be on it but also the extra pickles I paid extra for. And there wasn't one pickle on my sandwich.
How smart does one have to be to follow an order??
And ya'll ask for a tip....

As a connoisseur of consuming spicy food I have been to many hot chicken places. Anytime I’d go to these restaurants I always ask what employees recommend for really spicy chicken and I order what they tell me to and end up disappointed when my sinuses aren’t inflamed after my meal. I came here with my wife and asked for hot chicken and I GOT HOT CHICKEN! My chicken was the “can’t touch this” spice level at 1.2 million scovilles and every bite I took I had tears running down my cheeks from the spice and the appreciation that my taste buds were receiving. It has been 2 hours since my dinner and the snot is still burning my upper lip when I blow my nose. If you live for the satisfaction of oral pain like I do with spicy food you need to try this place. Also not to mention fries, toast, cole slaw, Mac and cheese, and dipping sauces were all solid. I will be coming back with a John Hancock to sign that waiver for the “Sun Devil” 2 million scoville spice level. Thanks again and god bless you guys!

This place was a wildcard I was not expecting such delicious chicken! We ordered the sliders every single one was BOMB…… the chilies they use to spice the chicken was perfect to my liking I asked for hot and was advised to chill out because it supposedly was crazy hot. I listened to the very helpful desk clerk and enjoyed every single bite . I will be back fore sure
