This is a great place to go get some Hot Chicken, super friendly staff fantastic Nashville Mac. I love that you can choose your heat level. Lots of flavors of lemonades and fruit juices as well as good soda! Will definitely come back for more!

Was a small place went to West Valley location . Staff very helpful and food was very good worth 😋 checking out .

HOT means HOT. If you’re not a fan of extremely spicy then go a step or two below. It was delicious and am currently on my 2nd glass of milk. 😂

This is one of my favorite go-to vegan friendly spots! The vegan chicken sandwich is absolutely delicious and the seasoning for the fries is 10/10. Highly recommend!

Great selection of vegetarian/vegan options, which is nice since my daughter is a vegetarian and it can be difficult to find quick service selections. Staff was very outgoing. Be ready for spice because they’ve got it!

I was looking for a really good spicy sandwich, and man I found one!! I am a spicy girl and I've NEVER been one to say somethings too spicy but man this one did it. I ordered HOT and man it was hotter than any hot I've ever had. It's so delicious I keep taking a bite and taking a break cuz it's so hot. I will def get one spice level lower next time, but by far and amazing sandwich. Huge chicken that's juicy and delicious. Def recommend.

Was super happy with everything, Believe it or not but I drove an hour and 10 minutes from Queen Creek to come all the way up here to get myself dinner for my birthday.

After visiting a location that no longer exists (Tempe). After trying almost everything on the menu I have to say that this is by far probably the best chicken place out in Arizona.

Even all of their vegan options for chicken are amazing and I'm not even vegan I just like to taste everything and switching over to healthier options from time to time made me curious and I promise you it's that good!

I really wish somebody else would open up another chain closer to my house but just wanted to write this review to let everybody know please visit this if you haven't yet!

Everything is just as good as I remember in the portion sizes are equivalent.

I tried twist hot chicken through delivery food service so I can't speak to the service or atmosphere but the food was not good and definitely not worth the price. The chicken was dry with little flavor, the sauces were also not very good. One was very dill heavy and the other one felt like it was horseradish heavy, so both were gross to me. I was so looking forward to the beignets too, but they were overly fried and doughy, nothing like other hot chicken or beignets I've tried before. The lemonade was good but not worth the price either. $4 for what felt like 12 oz. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and save yourself the money. It's not worth it.

The chicken was not top-tier. It had no crunch to it no flavor inside of the chicken. All the flavor was in the outside of the chicken, and it was not savory. It was just completely hot and the chicken tasted gross kinda like a fishy taste to it will never return to this place.

Ordered the two piece tender, fries cool, chicken hot, no bread and the coleslaw was ok. Very salty food and sauces. The medium is spice is hot! Good but hot.

VEGAN! Ordered the from the vegan menu - sandwich with fries and Nashville dipping sauce. Absolutely superb. What dreams are made of when it comes to the "crispy chik'n" experience.

I had mild sauce on my sandwich. Tastey but not spicy at all. I will get hot next time.

Fries = perfectly crispy with southern flavor I grew up with.

One of my favorite things here was the Ice Blue Kool-aid. I haven't had Kool-Aid in decades so it was super nostalgic and I got it even though I'm not supposed to have sugar lol

But it made my day to have Kool-Aid again.

Everyone that came in the restaurant seemed happy and there was overall good vibe and music.

The cashier was super friendly and informative and insightful while helping me order which I really appreciate because that seems rare these days + it was my first time at Twist. She came over to me while I was eating to make sure everything tasted good. The two ladies that helped me went above and beyond.

I feel like the price was reasonable for this day in age.

Recommended. Great for groups who have mix of vegans and meat eaters. Will definitely be back!
