Nice idea in theory, Nashville chicken mac in particular seemed like a great idea. But they use cold mac comparable to a macaroni salad which is very unpleasant for the dish. Chicken was okay. The beignets seemed like they weren't cooked all the way. The guy at the counter was very disinterested. The chicken logo was cool and the 'sign a waiver' for their hottest spice was funny.

Update! Still the best but now even better crinkle cut fries. The hot honey and prickly pear lemonade were amazing. Probably one of the best chicken sandwiches I've had.

Sandwiches are good. Somehow I think they changed something because they used to be different / better. Fries are good. The crinkle free are actually better than their old fries. They apparently got rid of their wings, which was their best thing. It was really the main reason we went there.

Spicy chicken sandwich was great, spice level was perfect since I like spicy, the wife got the medium and was also happy with the spice level. Fries were seasoned well and hot. Mac n cheese was just ok but very cheesy.

Total time in the restaurant from waiting in line to order until getting my food and leaving was 28 minutes. The worker with the long brown ponytail blew her nose near the cash register and appeared not to have washed her hands. She came right back out with a cup of ice while eating it with her hands. I specifically said no slaw. They put it on my sandwich anyway. I am allergic to it. I posted a picture of the sandwich and receipt where it says no slaw. I'm not sure what the sandwich tastes like, but the fries are good.

The service there was very good. They were polite and brought out the food and anything else needed. The food was not very good. Chicken Overcooked and the flavor was too sweet n smoky. The mac n cheese sauce was like made of mayo it wasn't cheese it was greasy. The only thing that was good were the fries. Also wait was long and barely any people there

I feel like this place is very over hyped. Chicken is just okay, breading just falls off, Mac and cheese was not good at all, has a very weird taste but there fries are AMAZING! Staff was friendly and the dinning room is very small. 40 dollars for two meal was a lot, we probably won’t be back.
