Lovely cafe with some really creative drinks! Lots of holiday selections but I went for the cold brew float drink— gelato with cold brew concentrate. It was a huge scoop of gelato and tasted amazing and got a nice caffeine kick. And the place is very spacious and quiet and relaxing with large windows and high ceilings. Great place to chill for a bit in the afternoon or work out of here as they have big tables and wifi.

Hot Latte..... Was ok.... Supposedly a double shot of espresso... Mostly tasted milk.Yes, I know it has lots of milk in it.I commented on their coffee roaster in the lobby and the barista just kind of looked at me with a grin. Not even a verbal response.I am always amazed at retail businesses with their staff constantly on their phones.....The place was roomy and pretty clean. Better than Starbucks but pretty much an average experience.

Best coffee in AZ. They roast their beans in-house and they are delicious. Their espresso is fantastic! You can buy a bag to take home. This is the only coffee shop I go to.
The staff that work here are very friendly and professional and listen quite well to one's drinks appropriately. However, their clientele are leave a lot to be desired. Their clientele here have the charm and warmth of cobras.

I wish Union Coffee Company existed close to where I live! It's the type of environment I long to work in and struggle to find in the sea of coffee shops trying to appear loud and hip: quiet conversations, music on low volume, minimalist, lots of space, pretty wall murals. The service was friendly and quick. Barista took great care in making my latte. Caramel pumpkin spice latte was one of their specials and I opted to give it a try. Quality was excellent. It's foamy and rich, just how I like it. I asked for minimal sweetness and they obliged. It didn't really taste like pumpkin, maybe a hint of it if I really paid attention, so a tiny disappointment, but I still really enjoyed it. The sprinkle of cinnamon on top was great. A standout coffee roaster in Phoenix for me!
