Best tacos in the valley! We go out of our way to come Waldos and it never disappoints. We’ve been coming here for a while now it has been our favorite taco spot for years. If you haven’t given them a chance yet, don’t wait!

***Eat at your own risk!!!*** This used to be my family's favorite taco spot. Keep in mind my kids hadn't eaten anything before going to Waldos. They ordered an asada burrito and asada quesadilla. We stay 30 minutes from Waldos and upon arrival back home unfortunately they BOTH ran in the house to their toilets with explosive diarrhea and it continued through the evening. My oldest said the food tasted different but she just thought they changed their recipe. This place has definitely gone down hill.

What happened to this place? We would go all the time and something changed. The younger friendly cashier girl with the glasses was replaced by a stoic and rude girl. She barely says anything and you dont feel welcome when you order. I ordered tacos before the dinner rush and all the asada was crispy and old. The shrimp was the frozen popcorn shrimp you buy for kids. This is a shame. When all else failed we would go to Waldos and now that is not the case. I am sad. Ill update if we try again and it is how it used to be.

Beyond the fantastic food, the customer service was top-notch. Hector was our main contact throughout the entire process, and he made everything seamless and stress-free. He was attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure our event was a success.

Great taco spot!
The camaron taco had great flavor. The breading on the shrimp stayed crispy and they packed a lot of shrimp in that street taco.
The asada was well seasoned and had a nice char. I do wish the asada was cut a little thicker but still very good!
The suadero had great seasoning and flavor.
The only taco I wasn’t a fan of was the Al pastor. It was too goopy and no char.
The red salsa was sweet with good amount of heat. The green salsa was sweet and not that spicy.
Excellent street tacos at an amazing price. Four tacos and a drink for under $14.
Since me and my family have found this little truck we cannot get enough!! Great tacos, burritos, quesadillas and we have had the pastor, omg so delicious shrimp, asada, and suadero!!! Salsa is great also and they have a good amount of seats if you want to eat there.

Well while my sister and I were hunting the best tacos we found our favorite lil gem and we ordered our food and when looking for a warm spot ( they refused to turn on the heaters bc she insisted no one knew how to turn them on) well the table we wanted to enjoy our late night they refused to clean our table bc there was “another” table that was clean ummm terrible customer service I was so weirded out bc there owner is a family friend I was like are you hiring bc I have customer service experience I was so let down bc Waldo is the sweetest :/ I hope with his restraunt thriving he doesn’t lose his quality service #handsdown food and all :/ poor service Saturday December 7th then went inside truck and didn’t cleanup I could’ve took my business to another taqueria ! Had earned money for poor service
