I have been there on several occasions and had good coffee but today unable to drink my latte it was so bad. The reason i'm leaving a review is because they do not have a phone number listed which doesn't say much about customer service. I have returned twice and had the same experience. Unsure why there is an issue all of the sudden. I did speak with them when I went in but there was no response to my concerns - basically just kept telling me to order something other than a latte.

I recently visited this cafe and was thoroughly impressed! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately made for a great atmosphere. I especially loved the seating area—it was so cozy and inviting. I ordered a caramel macchiato, which was delicious. However, the latte I tried had a slightly odd taste and could be improved. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it, especially if you're looking for a place with great service and a lovely ambiance!

Even when it’s been a minute since I’ve been in for a visit! I always love being at Well, and I especially love the team.
My fave coffee shop in the West Valley. Yummy lattes, decadent pastries, and big bright windows that let the light in. ✨ It’s my fave spot to come study, and to dream & journal. Thanks for existing, Well Coffee! 🫶🏼

Really good coffee spot but not a lot of competition around. I like a simple latte, nothing too crazy. But prices have gone from an already unreasonable $7+ to now almost $10 for a latte. Given the state of the world, my family of 4 can no longer justify paying these prices. DJT’s America, amirite?
I love Well Coffee Co! The coffee is delicious, the seating is open and spacious, the people are incredibly nice :)
Parking: Plenty of parking spots. Never hard to find one.
Kid-friendliness: I’ve been here 10 times and every time there are families with kids here and it’s great :)
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs and plenty of openness to the seating areas
