Worst Wendy's I have ever been go. Spent $80 and half an hour in the drive through two separate times on the same visit, just to have my order messed up completely and apparently they are unable to give receipts on Christmas Eve. I spent $80 on about $40 worth of food. All these young kids working here are a joke. They pay ZERO attention to anything other than their gossip between themselves. Will never come back to this Wendy's again. AVOID THIS WENDYS AT ALL COST
after spending $43.33 at 208 on today, I cannot recommend this Wendy's for getting ANYTHING right but the drinks! we frequent this location several times a month, and quality has steadily gone downhill.
I no longer buy COVID as an excuse, but sheer laziness on workers/management.
a mobile app SPELLS EVERYTHING OUT. It can't be that the cashier misunderstood or may have entered the info wrong or it was mis-ordered by the customer.
