Be prepared to wait. Whether it’s the drive thru or the front lobby. I sat for 10 minutes at the register before someone even acknowledged me and food took at least another 10 minutes to prepared and the kicker is…they weren’t even busy! 1 person in the lobby.

Wendy's get a 5 star across the board all the time the only reason I'm rating Service is because they didn't accept ebt & I really wanted Wendy's not Jack in the Box all the time they accept ebt Nationwide why doesn't Wendy's?

Wendy's is not what it use to be. I do not go there anymore because it's no affordable, the food is not as good as it once was, and half the time my food comes out to the car, or we get to the table and at least half of the stuff is cold, soggy, or be sitting around far to long.

Vegetarian options: Yes a lot of times the customer service is a 2 or 3 on a 1 to 10 scale.

Dietary restrictions: Be mindful as the workers surely aren't being.

Parking: If ever they return to the old reliable food that was warm,good,never just sitting around, we'll I might start going there again.

Kid-friendliness: Usually not. Works always cussing, making bad jokes that a child for sure should never hear, or they are to busy on their phones to worry about what we the customers are wanting to order.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes they at least have that covered properly.

great place, had to be out here for work and was hungry on the way home. the restaurant is clean and food was hot and ready in just a few mins. cashier was very friendly.

Unbelievably slow and supposedly have no drink carriers. And I say supposedly because the Taco Bell across the street as well surprisingly “didn’t have carriers” thanks for making my life extra difficult

My biggest issue is with the Wendy's App but it's how the local franchise handled the issue that bothered me. I ordered breakfast at 10:20 am for the family. Walked in at 10:35 and was told it was too late to get the breakfast. I was unaware that they don't start the order until you check in at the location. There was nothing warning me to get there before 10:30am. The local Wendy's has no control of this and can not process a refund...you have to do it through the app. I have not received my refund and they do not make it easy to request a refund. My issue with the local Wendy's is they could have acknowledged that I was inconvenienced and offer to make a regular menu substitution or at least apologize. It was simply "We can't make that." ,"We can't do a refund, you have to go through the app."
This is a training issue not the individual employees. They need to let the staff know that even if they can't correct an issue, they should at least apologize and be more helpful in resolution. So I am out $25 and Wendy's is out the hundreds of dollars I spend there a year. All they had to do is say sorry the app wasn't clear in it's instructions and here is the best way to get your refund from the app.

Not a great wendys. New workers not sure what's going on. The burger and fries i got were not fresh at all unfortunately. Bathrooms have to be unlocked for you and were not nice or clean.

Haven't been to Wendy's in a long time, after they reduced their menu and the quality went bad.

I stopped in the drive-thru for their chili and it was extremely bland with not much flavor. It used to be very tasty but not anymore. I won't be back.

I love going to this wendys! I've been coming to this wendys for close to 10 years and have never had a problem. Food is delicious and I absolutely love there lemonades! Also if you havnt had a baconator, I suggest you try one.

Kid-friendliness: It is absolutely kid friendly. During my last visit, the whole place was filled with about 30 people. There were kids, teens, adults, elderly. People of all ages.

Arizona Pilot Car Service

Dining room was dirty, trash overflowing, floor sticky, soda machine not working, ketchup empty, fries over cooked. One of the worst visit to a Wendy’s in a long time.

This is the Wendy's that comes to mind when thinking of those fast food videos you watch online. Having personally witnessed food thrown inside and exceptionally long wait times due to what I can only establish as understaffing, it becomes a place I would rather avoid when I am considering food for my family. Not to mention I have had orders not come out as I had hoped, or missing items altogether
