1st time at a Wendy's again since over 10 years ago. The customer service was great. Unfortunately the chicken wrap I needed made dairy free didn't stay together so it made it difficult to eat.

This location continues to be bizarrely unpredictable and with way more negative visits than positive. I finally hit my limit and decided to review when the younger employee made me reach for my order bag while he gazed off into space, never once saying a word... no greeting and no acknowledgement. Then I get my spicy chicken sandwich to find the pathetic triangle you see in the photo. Barely big enough. I see more bare bread than chicken! And OF COURSE it was overcooked and chewy. Such a disgustingly dramatic difference from their spicys from before which actually were crunchy and looked like their picture (included for reference). $6.29 for THIS??! C'MON. DO BETTER.

This Wendy’s sucks ordered a $5 biggie bag and a side of extra fries they got my order wrong and tried giving me two orders when I asked for one $5 biggie bag and just another thing of fries so they had to fix my order cuz it came out to $15. And then they just got mad and thru all my food in the bag nuggets and fries were just tossed in there shitty service !
