This Wendy's started getting better and I went there a few weeks ago and I asked for ranch and ketchup. And I was told that I have to pay 50 cents for each condiments. Outrageous that they are charging for ketchup and ranch and BBQ sauce now!!!! I'm done with Wendy's and they drove me away a lifetime of loving Wendy's. And they wonder why they are doing so bad the past few years....

I went through the drive thru. Associates were very nice at the window. Food was good, the Coca Cola was awesome. Had a good carbonated lemony taste and the ice lasted a long time.

Something needs to change, pulled up to the drive-through I was greeted instantly, then I was asked what I would like. I said a bacon cheeseburger with a fry and before I could say Diet Coke, I was interrupted, “Would you like the baconAter or Junior bacon cheeseburger?” Thank you for asking me I said, however, which one is just a regular bacon cheeseburger? She told me the junior bacon cheeseburger, then I asked why does it have to be Junior? Do you have a regular bacon cheeseburger without the junior and without the extra bacon and fancy stuff? She only then proceeded to tell me that yes they do have a regular classic bacon cheeseburger and that’s exactly what I wanted right from the start. I could’ve saved this whole five minute conversation if they only just got me a regular bacon cheeseburger with nothing special, finally, I feel like I could move on to getting my french fries with no salt, nope, I was wrong. This is when she asked me if I’d like a single double or triple. It was getting hectic. It’s like ordering options on a car, so complicated unless you’re a Wendy’s expert, this place is definitely not for the first timer i’m sure there’s Wendy’s fan boys out there who will make fun of me for never eating at Wendy’s before, however, for the people like me, this is not for the faint of heart. You can’t just go up to the window in order. It will literally take you about 35 minutes to navigate through Burgerland before you even get to your fries in your drink and maybe even an add-on like chicken nuggets, didn’t even get a chance to read the menu. Not recommended

The special on the breakfast biscuits are such a deal. Limited time only though, which is a bummer. The honey butter chicken breakfast biscuit is soooo good and then the others are just as good. You can't find a better deal out there.
