I don't normally leave reviews but my experience tonight was outrageous. I would give zero stars if I could. I put in a mobile order for a family of 6. Money was taken order was paid for. Went to pick it up and the order came up wrong with a fraction of the food. The manager Catherine refused to even look at my mobile or email receipt and refused to give me the order that I paid for. She was rude and told me that I would have to purchase another order and call customer service to get a refund for original. Of course it was past hours of customer service. I assumed that a manager would look at my receipt and resolve the issue. I even pleaded I had 4 hungry children in the car. She refused to help. I will be contacting corporate and hope this employee with get reprimanded for her negligence.

Catherine was the nicest "fast food' worker I've encountered. I bought two Caramel Frostys at 10:20pm and she had them ready asap, plus a great, humanizing interaction. I would recommend this location to anyone. Please read Alan Watts 'The Chinese Farmer' Story :-)

The girl almost forgot my Frosty's, didn't bag them. Forgot my dipping sauce, I didn't get my points on my account. Then when I got home my chili had HARD beans in it. The chili is going down hill.

Wendy's was pretty average overall. The food was fine—about what you’d expect from fast food. The burgers and fries were decent, and service was quick enough. However, the bathrooms were really disappointing. They were filthy and didn’t seem like they had been cleaned in a while, which definitely took away from the experience. It’s hard to enjoy a meal when the rest of the place feels unkempt. If they cleaned up the bathrooms, it would be a much better experience.
