Great food, just always missing items. Either forgetting a whole meal or the sides. I Realized I have to check the food before driving off every time. Mostly missing breakfast stuff.

Employees laughing and having a nice morning. Only problem is, every morning between 6:00 and 8:00 AM, it takes 20 minutes to get one meal in the drive thru. Get it together please. I love Whataburger, but this is just the worst. It's every single day. I'm so tired of it.

I live around the corner, and I've eaten here a few times. Food is usually fine. Service in the drive-thru has been fine. This time, took my family in for their first time, and it did not go well. Took a while for someone to come to the register to take our order. Ordering went fine. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time, but everything was cold. Burger patties were cooked, but cold... clearly precooked, but not properly reheated before serving. Took them to the counter...again... long wait for a person to acknowledge me. Explained the issue and the lady in the black shirt literally pulled the tray out of my hand, walked to the trash, dumped the food, came back and barked a question about which sandwiches we had. Not even a "oh, sorry...let's fix that". Way to make a patron feel welcome. We got new burgers, and they were up to temp. They threw in fresh fries for our troubles... didn't mention it when she handed me the bag. No one wanted them. Short ending... family completely unimpressed, and won't be returning. Bummer experience.

Waited 45 minutes for our order. The worst experience from a fast food place I’ve ever experienced. Don’t order online from here. You’ll regret it.

Well I wish I could have tasted the food, I waited 40 minutes in the drive thru only moved up once 2 cars in front of me. Once it opened for me to be able to leave I left, not fast food. While in drive thru waiting I read reviews. If only I would have read them first. My main reason for coming was for the onion rings which they were out of. I will not return.
