A very disappointed by the W. Bell Road Peoria AZ location. This is *NOT* the same Whataburger quality and taste that is found in Texas. It’s the WORST Whataburger I’ve visited — I feel like I wasted $45.
Cold food… Temperature of all 3 Burgers were just a few degrees above room temperature — not hot at all; burger patties were so cool that the cheese didn’t melt or even get soft.
My advice is to go somewhere else until Whataburger corporate gets this location and employees brought up to Whataburger standards.

Fries tasted old and rubbery.even after replacing I ordered breakfast on a bun on 2 sandwiches and they didn’t add the sausage or the cheese. Very incompetent and disappointing. Hamburger was great but had to tell them to NOT to smash my patties. I hate it when they smash the patty.

I went threw late but it’s 24 hours time shouldn’t matter but it’s about 1:30 am I will say the fry’s were nice and fresh but my burger wasn’t even cooked it was literally still pink and the bun was soggy around 2/3s of it

I have to give the breakfast game to Whataburger. They have a burger called the breakfast burger, 9 out of 10 it has everything you want in a breakfast sandwich. Kudos to you guys.
Don't know what happened to Whataburger but this was not good.

I was hungry as I was driving by in the early hours this morning. I had onion rings on my mind. Since Whataburger batter dips their onion rings rather than breading, they are juicier. Then I saw the boneless wings on the menu board. I got sweet and spicy they were really good.
Everything was really tasty and the guy at the window was very nice. Thank you guys.

Order was wrong through the drive through again. They have you split into multiple lanes or pull into the parking lot probably to avoid the time limit clocks they have and then continue to give out the incorrect orders. This site needs help. What I received was not good and I will not be back. Everyone check your orders and freshness they claim to have.

I ordered the new breakfast biscuit honey sandwich, and the bread was extremely hard. The customer service was terrible, no thank you. I also asked for extra napkins, I didn't even get one in the bag. I had to get out of the car at the drive-thru to get the napkins. No sorry, no nothing. For almost $5.00 for this little sandwich that was terrible, what a rip off.
