Bad customer service, we ordered online to pick up and we picked up order, once got home wings were very dry no sauce barely, and to top it off we were missing our ranch that comes with it and also a large side of ranch we purchased. We called right away and the person who answered the phone was rude saying he personally bagged our order and said ranch was put in bag which it wasn’t, we don’t need to lie GOD sees all!, so we have to drive up again wasting our gas for his their mistake and very poor bad customer service! Won’t he returning here even though i live 5 min away! SMH , check your cameras dude!!! Learn how to delivery great customer service and also food! Remember its US the customer paying for your paycheck!

I picked up my order from this location due to being in the area and I totally regret going to this Wingstop location. The boneless wings taste like they are cooked in old oil., the taste is rancid. My order of classic wings, I asked to be cooked well done and they are not crispy at all and they can’t give the excuse it’s because they are flavored after frying because surprise I also ordered these to be cooked plain. Wingstop in Surprise off Waddell Road is the only location I will be going to. Overall quality and customer service at this location deserves NO STARS! Management get your crew together and Ownership do better.

For the first time I tried wingstop food at 91st & Olive av. I regret my decision. Reasons are: chicken was BURNT, fries soggy and service... non existent. When a cat refuses to eat something - it's bad. My cat goes looney for chicken from Cain's, even McDis, this burnt crap she walked away. Girl who gave me the food supplied wrong dip and when I asked for a different one, gave a sigh like I was asking her to much. The kitchen was dirty, food on the floor and no one e en bothered to pick it up. Needless to say thatwas 1stand last time I go to wingstop. Eww.

Food is always way over seasoned with salt you can't even eat it. cold fries never fresh. bad customer service, workers are rude, always on their phone or too busy messing around. Every time I order online my order is always messed up and they never like to fix it they always say there's no supervisor or manager available. I've been to several different Wingstop and it's all the same. what are they thinking when they hire these kids. Shame on you Wingstop

It took 20 minutes for a six piece wings and fries. Does it normally take that long? Wtheck... Because there are people who ordered after me 3 to be exaxt and they got their order very quick before me. There was a young man who waited longer than I did because he was there before me and waited and barely got his meal to go before I did. They're three guys back there laughing I guess cooking I'm not sure but I would think that it wouldn't take that long. You throw them in the fryer You put some sauce You're good to go.

Went to newly opened Tonawanda location for a pick up order we did online. Not only were the fingers cold, they didn’t pack our cheese fries! We didn’t realize it til we got home. I emailed them with no response. Very disappointed!

Today I went to the restaurant at the Tooele location. I ordered an order of just a combo to eat in and they never delivered it to me. I waited 58 minutes and until I had to ask them to refund my money. After waiting so long, the manager took a long time to even make the refund. The fries were burnt. They gave preference to online orders. When I arrived there were no people, but waiting 58 minutes for them to give you the food plus 15 minutes to get your money back. I do not recommend it. The place is very poorly managed and has more than 20 employees and the manager standing there looking at everyone without taking action. Ufff, terrible. I saw orders with burnt fries. People complained about the cold food. Waiting so long and the food being cold is no way.
