Went in there Sunday around 7:30. The place was so dirty. The employees were talking so loud like it was party time. The wings your to exspensive for what you got. Will not go back.

If you like having your order screwed up every time then Wingstop 1388 is the store for you. Incompetence at every level. If you must have Wingstop store 1388, eat it there so they can hopefully correct it for you when they get it wrong. Seriously, get your wings from anywhere else and save yourself the frustration

Every time I get cheese fries from this place they hardly put cheese on the fries recently I ordered an 8 piece and only got 6

Nevaeh was great and the store was not packed at all. Surprisingly for national chicken wing day. I noticed how many poor reviews they’re are on this store and what ashame that is. Service was great, food was excellent as always. And the only other thing I could possibly say would be I saw a 1 chicken wing in the floor beneath the fryer. But thats not going to depict a place of where I’m going to eat. I hope this store stays open and succeeds past though all the negative reviews. Environment was great while I waited and music was very pleasing. 10/10 experience

Only 1 forward facing employee. Answering phones in the middle of people placing orders. Took 45 minutes to get a chicken sandwich combo out. Need more staff for days with scheduled promotions . Food was ok. To top things off, the ranch was put in the bag unsealed and spilled everywhere. Will not be going back.
