Where are the owners man? This restaurant need to be stopped ASAP retrained or fire everyone and start fresh because this is going to be a lawsuit of some kind. I doubt they would care probably own many more restaurants and already rich, so screw is huh?

They really need to work on their customer service skills. No greeting, guy was rude to answer questions. But food was good.

Went to this location in Arrowhead in lunch break at 11a.m and I was surprised at the low energy the cook had only for him to proceed with not saying hello and stating he cannot make sushi rolls due to rice being too hot. And it would be 25 minutes before u can roll the rice. I expected better fromThis establishment and location. Location being by the mall I expected better preparation.

Real middle of the toad flavor-wise, but I got a chicken and beef bowl where it was a big portion, so complaints on the amount of food there. The beef was a little tough, but the chicken wasn't half bad. If you like char on your meat, you would like the grilled

The first clue was the horrid smell (garbage? sewage? just funk?). We had been pleased with the downtown Phoenix location, so took a chance here. I guess the chair didn't appreciate our interrupting whatever he was doing on his phone, b/c there was no greeting, smile or courtesy. Food was fair (Teri beef overcooked, veggies undercooked) and soda from fountain tasted funny and was over carbonated b/c it shot out too fast. Place was marginally clean, but patio was locked so we couldn't sit outside with no explanation so there were very few tables and chairs inside (might have been due to the cracked and broken floor entry to the patio). Not going back.

if the sign says you’re open until 8pm, don’t turn people away almost an hour before saying “you’re already closed”.

Best chicken teriyaki plus the service was great! They were out of bottles of sauce for sale so the server gave me some extra packets of sauce to have at home.

The gentleman that’s working there right now with the hat and gold chains is very rude. I’ve never been here before and I’m probably never going back either.

Chicken and tempura were reheated and tasted like a dirty grill and old fryer oil. California rolls were not chilled and tasted like they were made yesterday. Staff seemed annoyed to be interrupted from sitting in the dining area and didn't even say hello. Dining area was barely clean and smelled of disinfectant. We will never be back.

It was good, I've been to better Yogis locations but the food was good and only took 5-10 minutes to get out. Got the Arizona bowl and Vegas roll and it was yummy

Worst location. The AC was out, no one even said hi or acted like I was there for at least 5-10 minutes. I ordered a regular bowl but I got it in a large full of food. Because of a health condition I rely on nutrition info and them giving me the wrong size completely messed that up. And the crab in the food tasted funny. Yogis grill is very good, IF you go to a good location. This one sucks.

Will never come here again. Drove 15 minutes to get something as simple as a salad for them to tell me we don’t have lettuce. The store is literally one minute away go get or find someone that can get it. It’s simple as that.
