We recently had the opportunity to experience Zala BBQ for four days in a row on location in Sedona, AZ, and my wife and I enjoyed every meal prepared over the course of those days. From BBQ chicken, ribs, steak, down to multiple side options, everything was delicious. Taken from a true carnivore, you will appreciate everything that this owner can do with different meats. There was even a corn on the cob that for me had a bit of kick with it, and I had to go back for several pieces. If you are looking for catering options with a wide array of ideas, look no further. Amazing weekend with JD and M with Zala BBQ. They cooked for the entire weekend for my mom’s birthday and exceeded expectations at every chance. They traveled all the way up to Sedona and made absolutely delicious meals! They are extremely fun yet professional and timely. They were a joy to have around for this special occasion. They felt more like part of the family than anything. During some down time we invited them to play games with us which they were a lot of fun to incorporate. With the extra food I brought home, I had friends raving over the left overs the next day!

ZALA catered our party last weekend for my husband’s 50th birthday and the entire experience was amazing! We requested tacos and chose the chopped chicken, carne asada, and shredded pork, along with all the fixins. They set up in our backyard and handled everything!
