We had a Baby Navajo Taco and it was tasty. Loved that it didn’t have salt so I can add my own. Prices were a little high for the quality of food. The best part of the cafe was sitting and watching the movie on the history of the Petrified Forest.

Extremely disappointed in the gift shop Northern end gift shop. The gift shop at the South Entrance was not only cheaper, but it had much more to choose from. The south end also had a 30% off sale that the north end did not recognize.Christmas ornaments are around $15, post cards are $1 a pop. The south end had sandstone book ends but the north end did not.None of the water fountains worked which we found disappointing.Overall, honestly, if you’re driving the length of the park...
Food is convenient and reasonably priced for a National Park concessions.
