Worst service and the food took forever and they forgot my barbecue sauce. Using the McDonald's app is not even worth it because they will only get your order right 10% of the time.

Rude workers all the time even the manger is so rude you ask for one thing and they take forever they have your food just sitting their and your drinks too and they put the ice cream down on the counter it's disgusting they always so rude when you ask them anything

My brother ordered a chicken sandwich and they didn't put cheese on it. (He purchased it) they took the sandwich back gave him cheese and gave him back his original sandwich..

If I could give a no stars, I would. I've been to this place only a few times and each time it's gotten worse. Last time I go again because today I placed an online for pickup and the girl who came out just handed it to me quickly and walked away. I quickly checked the bag and I knew not everything couldn't of fit in one bag and I tried to get her attention but she kept walking. She wasn't even across the road yet. I had my kids in the car hence the pickup order but I had to go in anyways since there was a long line at drive thru.I told the manager my order was completely wrong, I ordered 4 cheeseburgers, 10 piece nuggets, large fries, and 2 cheese danish. The manager goes to the back and the same girl who gave me the first order just brought up two bags and walked away. Mind you, there were several people waiting by the pickup counter and I walked up to the counter to check the bags and see if it was my order or someone else's. SMH, one, that girl doesn't need to work in customer service if that's her attitude towards people. And two, whoever is in charge of packing the food for the people needs a new job. The two cheese danish were hard like it was sitting out overnight. The 4x I've been here has been awful and I rather take the drive to go to another McDonald's. Never again after this.

Customer service is crap, you ask for a iced coffee and with extra syrup and cream and they give you a iced coffee with neither and damn near any ice. You ask for a fresh fry and they give you some cold a** fries:| lights are never on at night! Once experienced a employee standing up, slouching over falling asleep or something and took my order so gosh damn slow it was too late to cancel at that point.

I'm convinced that the people making the food are putting things in the food or they just don't care so much that they put out the worst food on the planet. My first experience they were out of fries so I ordered a fish sandwich. It was microwaved beyond recognition. It was the size of a box of tic-tacs on the bun. It was late and I wasn't going all the was back for $4.00. So I forgot about it. My second experience was yesterday. They had fries! I figured maybe my first experience was the weekend night crew. This was the daytime weekday crew. The fries didn't taste super fresh, but they weren't cold which was ok. However, after about 30 mins my stomach started flipping. I didn't even want them anymore. I felt sick by the time I got home. I still have a low-grade sickness. It was immediate like something was put in them. I know to never return to this location. I came to my maps to make a note of it to find it so I know to avoid it. I thought it would be a good idea to tell others.
I'm sick of this place!!! You employees need to be fired or trained properly..you do not meet ANY good standard in ANY way and y'all always got an attitude but you got the right customer today!! I'll never order from this location again ...nasty cold food!!

Don't come to these McDonald's because they have over nine spots that have you wait through the drive-through they do this because they know they get timed for every order that is in the window and they make you wait on the side and they give you the wrong number to wait in plus if you ask for extra sauce or specific condiments they usually forget them there is a poor employee running around like a chicken without a head at all of the nine cars that are waiting this is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever experienced

First of all, they didn't have frappes, mochas, shakes, slushees and of course ice cream. At that point why even be open. To top it all of, they barely salted the fries and it must've not crossed their mind to include ranch. Definitely could've had a better experience, just saying, I was very disappointed. Expected better:)

The drive thru takes forever. They have you wait on the side of course so that their timing doesn't look bad and at the end they forget the condiments and utensils
