They don't accommodate left handed seating. Don't bother asking. It's all good, PF Changs is across the street. They actually had no problem accommodating that simple request. Unbelievable bc the entire restaurant was completely open. Weird!!

Do not come here if you want a nice place to dine and chat. Noisy and crowded.I ordered sashimi that was so poorly cut that it was not really possible to eat with chopsticks. The huge slabs of fish were more like they were ripped and the pieces were so irregular, and the size too big ,that the experience is more like a seal dealing with a big fish rather than the careful appreciation one expects when eating sushi or sashimi.The tempura was run of the mill and the coating edging towards soggy

Wow!! This food is fantastic in a beautiful environment! Amber the bar manager is INCREDIBLE, so efficient and professional, she keeps the bar immaculate and the drinks flowing, absolutely blown away by her knowledge and obvious experience!! 10/10 will be back to see Amber again and feast on some more tempura!
This is the first time at the Norterra location. Food was good. Service was terrible. TERRIBLE. The waitress forgot everything asked and could not have cared less. Beverages didn’t arrive until most of the meal was finished, not even waters. She is a perfect example of why mandatory tip should not be on a bill. The chef was alright but not engaged with the guests. I’ll stick to P83 location in the future.

Very bad experience!My family and I will never return to this location!Had reservations for 8 people for my granddaughter’s birthday celebration. Arrived and was told reservations are only good for dining room, not hibachi tables, and there would be a 30 minute wait! After almost an hour and 15 mins we were finally seated!As we were getting seated, the table next to us was receiving a candle lit dessert and the people were singing Happy Birthday to a woman. Our server returned to us, and took our drink order, and I mentioned that we were also there to celebrate my granddaughters birthday. The server said they could not do birthday celebrations as it was too busy! I mentioned the birthday at the other table and server again, very rudely, stated no birthday celebrations at hibachi table, however we could move to dining area, once a table was available for our large group, if we wanted the birthday celebration! We didn’t want to change tables as my granddaughter specifically chose this restaurant for her birthday as she wanted the hibachi experience. I wish we had gotten up and left the restaurant, as half of our orders were not right, the food was not that good, and on top of a $448 bill, (with only 1 alcoholic drink), they automatically added not just a 15% tip, but 18%!!!!!Very disappointed in this restaurant!
