Took my son for lunch today and we ordered the lunch specials which ended up being absolutely fantastic. I am writing today because I wanted to acknowledge Emma. She was so great and helpful, and on point. She was friendly and made our visit perfect. We will definitely return, thank you Emma for your help today.

Ordered the burrata caprese which was okay except the bread tasted like it was soaked in oil which kinda sucked and made it hard to finish. I was excited that the bread was nice and crispy for takeout until I tried it. The shake was pretty bomb. Had the peanut butter shake. And the truffle burger was okay. Could use some seasoning. The sauce was fantastic though. I ordered pink and got it pretty rare, so I would suggest to order no pink unless you like rare burgers.
Despite the place being pretty empty, it took a long time for our food to come. The fries were barely warm and that was actually the best part of our meal. The sauce on the burgers was good, but the meat itself was flavorless. The Aoli sauces for the fries were cold and flavorless. We ordered a side of Mac and Cheese bites that came to us still frozen in the middle, also flavorless. The guy at the counter apologized and offered us a free lemonade and another order of the bites if we wanted it. We accepted. They came out less frozen but still cold in the middle and still flavorless. We were excited to try the place but left very disappointed. The free lemonade was good.

WELL DESERVED WINNERS OF BEST BURGER IN PHOENIX. I got the Fresh prince and my friend the black and blue. Both burgers were cooked perfectly and had incredible flavor. The aioli gives and unique twist to your standard burger and adds so much extra flavor. Extremely friendly staff that were super helpful in recommendations and very friendly. overall a 10/10 experience

We were so bummed that our experience was so different from the 32nd street location. The burger bun was cold, the meat was dry… overall dissapointing. The service was good though. People were really nice.

Came here on a lunch date with my bf, he works nearby. The food was delicious!!! Try the aioli burger!!! You will not regret it and you’ll want to come back
This is my favorite burger place in the valley and I have tried them all. Portion is huge here so I either share or get a kids meal and add the aioli sauce to it. Cannoli shake is fabulous.
Good food with good friends, in a good atmosphere. We had a group of 12 of us and the manager made sure he had a table ready for us to all sit together. All our food came out together. That is a big deal considering we placed our orders not on the same tab. Service was very good! This will be one of our regular Tuesday destinations. If you have not been here, GO. If it's one of your regulars, I know why.

My wife decided to treat me to dinner at Aioli on our way home from the lake a couple of days ago. We found a location close to our house and decided to dine in. It was not very busy as there was only one person in front of us in line. We ordered a couple of burgers and a couple side orders of fries and a couple soft drinks. With tips the meal cost us $25 per person. Lets just say that its not the cheapest burger place even with todays inflated prices. With that kind of a price point, one would expect a certain level of not only food but also service. Our order of fries came out in about 20 minutes and we were told that the burgers are soon to follow. We were very hungry so we started eating the fries as a sort of an. appetizer. After waiting for about 20 more minutes, I finally went up to the order counter asking about the status of our burgers, to which I promptly got the reply that they are coming out any minute. Our burgers came about 45 minutes AFTER we ordered. At that point we completely ate the entire portion of our fries and were no longer hungry. We voiced our displeasure to the girl who brought out our food saying that our fairly expensive burger dinner was ruined and our first dining experience at Aioli left a whole lot to be desired. It was pretty much a complete disaster. As we were no longer hungry, we ended up taking our burgers home in a to go bag and eating them next day. What made it worse is that there was no attempt by the staff make the situation better or make up for their poor service that ruined our dinner. All we got was an insincere "Im sorry" from the girl. Ive spent a long time working in the food service sector at very nice restaurants where back then (20years ago) a dinner plate cost $20-$30. I couldn't imagine a situation where we would screw up someones dinner the way that these guys did and just let the unhappy and unsatisfied customer walk out of our restaurant without doing one of two things.... 1- at the very least, pay for their dinner. 2- Pay for their dinner and offer them a gift card so they would come back and we would have the opportunity to make it right. Neither one was done. We were very disappointed with our experience and considering the prices this place charges, one would think they would take a little more pride in their service and handling of situations like these.

I love this place. It's one of my favorites. Their food is all amazing, and the employees are fantastic. BUT they no longer accept cash. Cards only. Legal US currency is no longer accepted.*Update: Thank you to the owner for your prompt response. I am sorry to hear about the theft problems at your restaurant. Not accepting cash is still a problem for me, but at least now I understand your reasons.

The pretzel bites were the highlight. Served with white grain mustard and beer cheese. Great flavor. The fried pickles tasted the the fryer and the burgers were well garnished but have NO seasoning. #disappointed. The fries had clearly been reheated and were not edible. Service was friendly.Order at the counter and they bring your food. Bottled wine and beer from a cooler

Pretty disappointed, was expecting good food with the prices and good reviews. My burger was drenched in ketchup and mayo, could only eat two bites before I threw it away. Fries had no seasoning or flavor. Wish I could get my money back.
I wasn’t happy with a website and menu that shows 9 dollars for their Aioli burger. It’s actually 12.49 after taxes. I asked about the price difference and was told it changed 6 to 9 months ago. I thought that was quite a difference. The hamburger was delicious but it’s something that I probably won’t order again due to price. To the owner I didn’t order fries and the price was for a Aioli burger only! No fries were given to me or was I told by the way you get fries with your order.
