Customer service delivery was pretty sub par tonight thanks to cashier Elaine. No greeting, no customer engagement, and no offer to provide my earned monopoly cards. Albertson's/Safeway usually has great employees. Oh well.

This location drove me out of this work from the front end with so many cashiers and self checkout . The deli and bakery are so appealing and eye catchy as well as the smell

Been going to this Albertsons for years. It's hit and miss. Sometimes clean and stocked and sometimes a total disaster. This review is about how they are handling Covid. Not well in my opinion. Of course they have the big signs stating to wear masks and that the carts are clean. Well on my visit there were at least 5 customers with no mask. I don't mean pulled down, but none whatsoever. The worst part was an employee / vendor stocking cheese. This person had no mask / face covering and was yawning and clearing his throat all over this small area. The area was made even smaller by the boxes of cheese to be stocked. I saw an elderly couple look like they wanted to get some cheese, but they walked away. Many other aisles were blocked with boxes. I get having to stock, but maybe train employees to give some space to the shoppers. I talked to an employee and apparently they don't offer Covid testing to their employees - even when a co-worker tests positive for Covid. Also no notification to customers when employees have contracted Covid. Do better please.

This place is spotless. Rich the manager is awesome, run a good store. A Cadillac store you must visit and see the difference. If you see Rich walking around talk with him, any problems or praise tell him .this a must shop store for cleanliness, full stock and a friendly store

Why is it that sales items don't scan correctly ever time I come to this store? I was in the area so I picked up some items and once I got home realized certain items didn't scan correctly. Now I have to go out of my way to go to customer service to get a refund. Bad customer experience!

I went in last night after a very long day and lots of stress from my evil daughter in law named SUSIE. And I forgot my purse at the super market. My purse had $3800 in cash in it. I did not realize that I left my purse there until 3pm the NEXT day. Guess what. ALL of my money is still there. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HONESTY! That's kind of unheard of now days. GOD BLESS EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU!

I'm a huge fan of this Albertsons! It's always clean and organized. I also find it is usually well stocked and rarely do you see empty space on the shelves. The employees are always friendly and welcoming. I've been approached on numerous visits by employees asking if I need help finding anything or simply saying hi as they cross my path. All in all I appreciate everything this Albertsons has to offer and I make it a point to do my shopping at this location.

This review is for the bakery department at Albertsons. I am beyond satisfied with the cake they created for my boyfriends 30th birthday. He is a huge fan of the Chicago Bears and this was a great addition to the party. He loved the cake and everyone enjoyed the taste of the cake which is always a plus. I will certainly return for future events. Thank you!
I don't usually rate grocery stores but after my experience this past week I really needed to. I get the prepeeled tangerines every couple days as they are my favorite snack. There was a period of time around 10/30 where ALL of the tangerines in 4 different containers were an odd color and I thought I was just being paranoid so I bought one and went about my day. One bite and I immediately spit it out and threw away the container. I tried to talk to someone the next day because all of the "new" tangerines were the same odd color and was told that it wasn't the cashiers problem and I had to talk to guest services...which no one would direct me to. When I called about it this week they told me I had to have the container for a refund and wouldn't acknowledge that something was wrong with them.

***Smiley service points*** Am I reviewing an Albertsons?... Really? Yes. Let's keep it short and sweet: - Well-stocked. It's a huge inventory they have, here. You will find whatever you need and more. - Lotsa smiles. The folks who are working here always say hello and provide very warm customer service. - Booze Barn. They have a sizeable section dedicated to alcohol in all it's various forms. - Pre-made foods. Whether it's the soups, the salad bar, the hot food bar, or the deli, they have a cornucopia of options to choose from. - Super clean. The store looks brand new; shiny and polished. HUGE parking lot makes finding a spot an easy task, and quite frankly, there isn't anything to complain about. And while folks like Robin O. will always dredge SOMETHING up to complain about, the rest of us are happy campers--grateful for a great store filled with competent and friendly employees. Thumbs up.

I shop this Albertsons at least once a week. The cashiers are efficient and friendly. The prices are comparable, and would highly recommend this Grocery store.

I love this Desert Ridge store. It is well managed, well stocked and clean. Great salad bar, hot foods bar and wings bar. Fresh sushi made on premises. They keep this store clean, clean, clean. Nice floral dept. too. Husband loves the liquor dept and separate beer cave. The employees are friendly and checkout is pretty quick.

This is the BEST grocery store. The employees are awesome and helpful. The store is well managed and CLEAN!!! Products are easy to find and well priced. It would be nice to add dry cleaning services I always love the shopping experience here.
