We've been here many times, there are several things I like including their chicken dumpling soup. Its almost the only affordable item. Each to their own, but Im shocked at the cost of sides such as $4.50 for a small side of applesauce or cottage cheese. I realize businesses have to increase their prices to survive, and see it everywhere but $16 for spaghetti or a chili burger at a mediocre diner is crazy. The prices don't match the food. Having to prioritize where to eat out because of the cost means we won't be back.

All the food comes out of a can and has no flavor. Portion size is very small and way overpriced. Coffee was watered down. It was my first and last time I will ever eat here! Dont see how they have stayed in business this long!

Alexi’s was great! Very clean, super friendly staff, and delicious food, we couldn’t ask for more! Plus, there were several breakfast menu options that were vegetarian-friendly other than pancakes. Everything was fresh and came out in good time. Would absolutely recommend!

All of of the bad reviews are correct. They serve dinner yet close at 7pm. The mushrooms burger came with no mushrooms and when this was brought up the waitress said “Well there is no manager here right now to tell it to”. The food is at least double to price it should be. The mashed potatoes are instant potatoes. This place is run down and I’m surprised it is able to stay open.

Friendly and attentive service. Eggs over medium were cooked perfectly and served promptly. Biscuits and gravy was disappointing. Just a nearly flavorless paste with a few sausage crumbles tossed on top after plating.

Our waitress (I didn't get her name, but she looks like Emma Stone) was excellent. I am a bit of a pain when it comes to omelets, but she got it correct and didn't even write it down. Food was the best dine in breakfast we have had in a very long time. The food came quickly. Great service, excellent food, and a friendly atmosphere. I have known of this place for 20 years and am bummed I have never tried it until now.
