Came here with a reservation at 8:35-8:45, and in the reservation we specified it was a special event.

For a place that will charges hundreds of dollars it is beyond incredible that we stood in the cold doorway for 5 minutes and then sat on the uncomfortable sofa that is still very cold, for an additional 5 min.

In that time at least 3 staff members looked at us.

We left.

Somebody could have acknowledged us, this would never happen even in a texas roadhouse. It is a joke that the owner flaunts his italian heritage when this place has no hospitality.

We had the pleasure of dinning at Ambrogio 15. The Bone Marrow Focaccia was a hit. We sat at the bar. Eric and Atticus ( apologies if I misspelled your name ) took great of us. Keep up the amazing job!

Amazing, amazing, amazing!!!! Food is absolute perfection!!! Some of the most authentic Italian food that I've had outside of actually being in Italy. The homemade foccacia is crispy and fluffy all at the same time. The tomato butter is a unique touch. I had the seabass with the potato and zuccini crust....delicious!!! The beurre blanc and chimi churri sauces were a perfect accompaniment. My husband had the oxtail papparadelle which was so tender and full of flavor. Pasta was perfectly al dente. Also had the truffle polenta which I could eat all day long. Finished off with the chocolate surprise which was delightful!!! Super creative and fun drinks...that are also delicious. Service was SPECTACULAR!!! Carter took excellent care of us! He was very knowledgeable on the menu and gave very thoughtful recommendations. He was professional, friendly, and attentive and really added such a good vibe to the overall experience. Also had the pleasure of conversing with Angelo, the assistant manager...really nice guy who takes a lot of pride in the restaurant. This was our first trip there, but I can promise it won't be our last. Well worth a visit!!!!

I’d give it all the stars in the sky if I could. I spent time in Italy over the summer and have been struggling to find authentic Italian food in Phx. They have REAL carbonara. There’s still a slight twist on it ( not as salty and unique noodles that at almost hollow like a straw), but they are good twists! Not the complete off-the-wall twist that you find it many other Italian restaurants…like peas, tomatoes or something else weird. The service was impeccable. We had Luca and he surprised us with a special treat for my boyfriend’s birthday. We’ll be back and will be bringing everyone we know :)

My wife and I went here during restaurant week and tried the pre-fixed menu along with a few additional apps. Overall it was a very disappointing experience as the food and service were both subpar.

The server was very nice and attentive, but we waited nearly an hour for apps and another hour for mains. To be fair, the server did warn us the kitchen was running behind, but the whole dinner took nearly 3 hours and most of that was waiting.

The food was especially disappointing as the reviews I’d read were very positive. We started with the wagyu meatballs, salad, and oxtail. The meatballs were over cooked, dry, and cold in the middle. They reminded me of the frozen meatballs from Costco, but not as good. The salad was heavily salted, to the point where the salt overpowered any other flavors. The oxtail was pretty good, but not good enough to make up for the other dishes.

For the main we had the tomahawk pork chop and the seafood pasta. The pasta was good, but the seafood was slightly overcooked. The pork chop tased of nothing but oil and was topped with an arugula salad. The arugula ended up making the pork chop breading soggy and didn’t add anything to the flavor.

One thing we did like was the design of the restaurant which was very modern.

After this experience, I wouldn’t go back.

server was great but felt understaffed he was literally running around all night. almost 90 mins for an entree is wild. I’m sure the kitchen is a mess. Also to call it a pork tomahawk feels disingenuous. That felt like a greasy fried thinly cut pork chop with absolutely no seasoning. Not worth an over an hour wait. The carpaccio and focaccia were the best parts of the meal. maybe get appetizers and pizza?

Went for restaurant week to check out what they have to offer, you would think they would showcase their best food what we got was bland uninspired food. Not a single dish had any flavor it was as if whoever designed and cooked this menu has never eaten italian cuisine before. They need to get a real chef in there to fix the menu. Not good.

Ordered take out at the bar. Wait Staff was friendly and attentive. Environment was annoyingly loud. Music was very loud which made the patrons loud. Food was mediocre and grossly overpriced. $39 for a cup of pasta that was nothing more than pasta and some grated cheese. Very disappointing experience.
