From the variety of beverage offerings to the delicious appetizers available, on to the incredible main course choices and array of delightful desserts, this is an example of culinary excellence. Ideal portions matched with fresh ingredients, you'll love your meal and leave happy. (Try the Cacio de Pepe. Trust me on this one. 😉)
I’m 56 years old, and I’ve never been asked to leave a restaurant, but more on that later. Our reservation was for 5 pm, and we showed up on time. The staff was friendly, but I felt they were rushing to ask us what appetizers we wanted to order within a few minutes of being there. The bruschetta was 3 VERY small pieces of bread with a couple of cherry tomatoes on top. I was also surprised that they do not offer bread for the table. Beyond thrilled with my experience at American Way Pasta! Staff is so kind, friendly and attentive. Service was amazing. Food is TO DIE FOR! Ordered the Burrata bruschetta for an appetizer, it had SO much flavor!!! I decided on the Cacio e Pepe for my entree, because who doesn’t want their fresh pasta tossed around inside a giant wheel of cheese!? It was DELICIOUS!!!
