I don’t often rate restaurants but feel compelled to say something about this one. We recently moved from St. Louis which is known for excellent Italian restaurants in the Hill section of the city. We’ve also traveled to Italy numerous times. American Way Pasta is every bit as good if not better than any Italian restaurant I’ve been to. Service and food were outstanding! The pasta and sauces were fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Early one evening in Phoenix, we were hunting for a place that does “cheese wheel pasta”, and boy did these folks deliver! The location is a bit of a surprise, nestled into a suburban strip mall, but upon entry, you are transported. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the staff attentive and friendly, and the food is excellent. I started with the carpaccio, and a wonderful lychee martini.
