Went to Andy’s on 48th while we were staying in Phoenix this week. If frozen custard is your game, this is a must do stop! Friendly staff, delicious custard! Just like the Midwest!
If you're looking for a dessert that's truly a cut above the rest, you have to try Andy's Frozen Custard. This place has perfected the art of frozen treats. The custard itself is incredibly rich and creamy, with a density and flavor that's so much better than regular ice cream. What really sets them apart, though, are the incredible mix-ins and seasonal specials. I recently had one of their Concrete's, which is a glorious mash-up of custard and your choice...
I'm not even an ice cream kind of guy & I've never craved it, but this place has some good stuff. I tried the Rico Suave on a whim & I was impressed for me being a non-ice cream lover. Added strawberries to give it some fruit texture.
