Angie's Lobster and Angie's Prime Grill

My experience comes from ordering a protein bowl and lemonade. The pick up window gets demerit points not a deal breaker. Food portion, sure I want more but the taste and quality I get it I mean if u want more fore same cost the broccoli and chicken would not been tasty and grill fresh. I like it and would come back stop complaining people QT is on the other end if you want cheap food.

First and Last for me... Freezer burned rubber shrimp, dirty counter were food is dispatched, weird dark tunnel for a drive through. Tiny menu right where you order at the entrance to the black hole. I was given two substances in clear bags without labels. I had to grab napkins from the counter with a thick layer of dirt. Really wish I could get my money back.

I ordered a warm lobster roll and it was disgusting and rubbery something I have never had before especially living Maine half my life I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone top it off the fries were definitely three days old I have nothing nice to say about this place first time and last time coming here

I have been coming to this Angie’s for awhile and get the chicken Caesar salad. I have been noticing every time I get a salad it’s less and less full. Not only that but the last couple of times the croutons were completely soggy. I won’t be coming here for a long time which is a shame because it used to be good.

Ordered the warm lobster roll sandwich. Love the sauce, the bread, everything. Will surely be back whenever I am in the area. Best in the valley for sure!

The food is always amazing here. Especially for the price. One of my favorite places for lunch. Also a good experience. One time the fries had too much salt, but that would be my only complaint.

This location is the worst of all the locations , meal constantly wrong or takes forever. Takes up your whole lunch break waiting for your food. This past time I got my bowl the rice was mushy.

It’s drive through only and we ordered 4 warm sandwiches for 4 people that they only gave us 2 paper trays which is a mess to eat in the car since we’re traveling . The food was lukewarm warm and mediocre.

I have been coming every day since you opened, sometimes 2x a day . I get basically the same salad every time , Buffalo Salad with chicken. Every day I take the chicken out of the salad and then I cut it up and then put the hot sauce on it and put it in my salad. For the last two weeks I have noticed the amount of lettuce in the bowl has significantly decreased and the amount of blue cheese has been cut in half compared to what I received two weeks ago and every day the chicken amount is less and less. I used to rave about these wonderful salads and the chicken, normal decent portions.
I’ve noticed about a 50% decrease in chicken portions provided and about a 25% decrease in the vegetables and the salad compared to what used to be.
Also keep in mind I cut these pieces down to put in the salad I like them a little smaller but it’s not much chicken at all I would say it’s 50 to 60% less than what you used to provide.
Maybe this should be considered a child’s portion age 10 and under chicken for the salad.
Overall I’m happy with everything the price is everything is great but reducing the blue cheese and the chicken maybe to keep the price the same I don’t know. I do think you should post a sign to let people know that to keep competitive with the prices that you have reduced the portions. I feel it would better just to be upfront and honest with everyone and let them know and we would probably better understand and possibly be able to bring some of our own chicken and blue cheese and cucumbers from home to add to the salad to get some protein in our food.

Horrible Customer service! God forbid you cancel the order! They act like $6.50 is a million dollars ! My order wasn’t ready after 10mins of waiting and needed to get back to work! The manager said it was his first day and had to call another manager. This place is not very friendly and very money hungry!

Lobster was bad. Smelt funny like it had sat out. Made me wanna throw up. Couldn't bare the smell. ( husband is from Maine and I lived there for a while) threw it out. Should have just tossed $14 out the window instead. Very disappointed 😞

So glad we have a combined Angie’s Lobster and Prime Grill close! Quick service (not an eat in restaurant) but LOVE their lobster rolls and BBQ chicken salad (BBQ is a little spicy and yummy and they put it on the side so you can control how much goes in the salad. I’m not sure how they do it but their chicken is extra delicious. I bought a Sam’s and didn’t eat it for 2 days and it was one of the best salads with chicken I’ve ever had. And not sure how long it will last but a salad with chicken is a discounted price. Also have Steak, Falafel and Tuna as options. All are a good value! Love their restaurant concepts!
