Food is good. However, customer service could have been better.
It was my first time at this place since I’m in PHX for work and I made a pickup order. It only took <10 minutes and there was no customer in the restaurant when I came in, besides 4-5 workers in the kitchen. The website made it seem like they also get your drink for you with customize options, so I got two cold brews. But when I didn’t see the drinks at the pick up counter and asked, one of the lady looked annoyed and said “No you do it yourself”, when I didn’t know how their cold brew machine work (first time seeing one that is built together with the sodas), she rolled her eyes before coming out to show me, not saying a word. I didn’t see any half & half or creamer but at this point I don’t even want to ask anymore. I’d get it if they’re busy, but again, they weren’t.
Although I thought the concept of making your own cold brew is pretty cool.

Visiting from out of state, and had the BEST BURGER, I think I have ever had!!! It comes with a packet of delicious 'secret sauce' that goes on the burger and for dipping your fries. The meal was HUGE! Pickles were perfectly crunchy, and the fries were great! Prices were excellent. I can't wait till my next visit to PHX, I'll be trying one of the amazing looking salad bowls I saw on the menu! I highly recommend this place to make your tastebuds happy!
Parking: Parking right out front of the store.
Wheelchair accessibility: My dad was in a wheelchair, and was able to enter and dine comfortably.

Friendly hardworking staff serves up fresh ingredients at great prices…in busy area so you might prefer it to go, order at wall stations to save employees time. Self serve drinks, cold brew with oat milk is tops rather than soda. Harvest and Greek meals are my new go to grabs.
Vegetarian options: Can get salads and warm bowls without protein, no sub non meat avail. Great without. Egg etc can be removed from Cobb etc. hakf salad half rice option on warm bowls. easy to find options.
Dietary restrictions: Can customize items.
Parking: Gets busy, go around back as needed. alley access.

Parking: The location is great for those working around that area but the parking is a bummer, but it's not stopping me from getting my fix.

Decent quality burger tasted good. I got the double bacon cheeseburger and would recommend it. The “do-everything-yourself” thing wouldn’t be so bad if the gal working there would at least acknowledge that I walked in with a “hello.” No worries, she was busy.
Parking: Very limited spaces in front of the place. Hit or miss if you’ll find a spot.

Prices: Great, Food: Good, Wait Time: Horrible. Someone put in a massive catering order and clogged up the entire restaurant. The owners need to figure something out that allows for online ordering without making people in the store wait 40 minutes for a salad. I felt bad for the workers.

Customer experience is just OK. If you expect a greeting upon entering then you better go to Dollartree. The biz model is all about minimal interaction and use of online or kiosk. That's fine as I now know what it is.
Today was our third time and it wasn't a charm. Two people. Online order and I picked it up. Two drinks ordered but ZERO received. One combo cheeseburger order with two 4oz patties option. It's my 3rd time ordering a burger there.
First order of 8oz burger was overcooked. Second order of 8oz was very good. Third order, two 4oz patties were hockey pucks. They for sure tend to overcook beef.
I saw the owner on AM TV show saying they provide steakhouse quality burgers at reasonable price. Well, every steakhouse I have ever been to will cook your burger to your preferred temperature and most are good at it. This isn't it.
Other order this eve was a chicken bowl cobb flavor. My bride said it was very good and she'd get it again. Their other concept they have had in Phoenix market is bowls. Maybe that's the lane they need to stay in.
Props to him for selling his Salad 2 Go concept.

Lunch is fine, but for the breakfast options the potatoes are consistently way too salty. Breakfast bowl was like trying to eat the ocean but with eggs.

I’ve been to the new Angie’s Prime Grill on Central and Thomas now several times and have to say that this has become my absolute favorite spot to stop in and grab a quick meal togo!
Ordering is simple, you can either do it online or inside at one of the kiosks! The menu is simple but delicious! This location has the 8 oz cheeseburger or bacon cheeseburger, along with their traditional warm bowl, burrito or wrap! I’ve tried several menu items and so far my favorites have been the Cheeseburger (and fries) and the Mexican Shrimp Burrito… And it comes with a drink as well!
The location its self is pretty bare, but as it’s designed for take-out you don’t need much! You can’t beat Angie’s for the price and quality of the food! 10/10 recommend!!!
Parking: There are a few spots to park right up front, however they also share them with Maskadores Taco Shop next door, so if they are taken I usually just use the First Watch Parking lot to the West! It’s pretty easy to get in and out of!

I have no idea why people are complaining about the service here. You order from the kiosk, they prepare your food, call your name, you grab your food, and leave.
We had the chicken salad Greek style, and the shrimp burrito Mexican style. Both were delicious. The ingredients were fresh and top quality. This place is perfect for a convenient, tasty, and affordable meal. I can’t wait to try their other offerings.

You can’t beat the price and the quality of food. I love Angie’s! Everything is good. The burger, bowls, salads and burritos I have tried them all! Highly recommend!
