This used to be my favorite location until yesterday. What a let down. Please keep in mind that there were only 3 other couples in the restaurant and they were already eating. Not busy at all!!
We were seated as soon as we walked in, but had to wait over 5 minutes for someone to come take our order. He took our order and walked away. We then waited 25 minutes for him to bring our food, but still no drinks. He walked away quickly. He came back after 10 minutes and asked if everything was ok and I told him we still need our drinks and we never got the lemons for my wife. He then told me they are cutting fresh coke slaw for me (I never ordered coke slaw, but whatever). It took another 5 minutes to bring 3 waters and a Pepsi but still no lemons. I aired for the lemons and he said he’ll cut some right now. Needless to say, he walked over to the bar with another staff girl and just talked to her and we never got the lemons. The fish and chips taste freezer burnt. The Pepsi was flat. I wanted to bring this all up to the manager instead of posting a bad review, but I’m not sure there was one available because no one would talk to us.
I had to go up to the counter and ask to pay my bill. The girl took my card and told me to go sit down. Afterwards the other customers went up to pay for their food as well.
Not sure what happened but this was not the experience we were used to when coming to this location.

The presentation of seafood bags is sad. The fish and chips were oil logged, heavy, soggy and unappealing. The atmosphere was strange. The crew was friendly and teamwork was obvious, but very casual, almost unprofessional. They communicated very loud to each other across the room. Even while standing at our tables!!

WORST RESTAURANT EVER. Every server is unhappy and miserable and it shows through their service. We ordered Korean Fried Chicken off their “summer special” and waited 45 minutes just for it to be served RAW & BLOODY still. We were appalled and we told the nearest server near us that we waited 45 mins for the chicken and its bloody. She stared at us and WALKED away and yelling “IM NOT YOUR SERVER AND IM NOT GOING TO BE TALKED LIKE THIS!” (Caucasian with dirty blonde hair and a the dye shirt) Then the manager came over (Bigger Caucasian woman with an AirPod) and didn’t even ACKNOWLEDGE the fact that we could possibly have salmonella from their chicken but instead said “I HEARD YOU CUSSED AT MY SERVER?!????” THEN TOLD US TO LEAVE. Mind you, we didn’t use any profanity with this server WHATSOEVER. None of them had on name tags. They grabbed the plate so fast that I couldn’t even take a picture. Didn’t receive a single apology. And were kicked out ALL over their wrongdoing. This place has gone downhill and they are even babysitting kids in the back room. Save yourself the time and misery, just driver to another location!!!! We typically come here and have Ayden and have WONDERFUL service. So if he isn’t working TURN AROUND.
I have been to several Angry Crab locations my favorite is in Chicago of Western Ave. However this location is good as well. The atmosphere is trendy. Booths and tables there was plenty of seating with no waiting. The food was a little pricey based on current prices of groceries so the prices on the menu fluctuate. The server was wonderful and the only restaurant I know that encouraged you to write on the walls and furniture had a great time

My wife (Leticia) and I went to the Angry Crab Shack. Our server was Dan the Man! He memorized or large order with out writing it down. Fish and chips, amazing. Perfectly cooked. The catfish had crispy cornmeal batter. The red beans and rice were delicious. Dan provided amazing service. Dan’s customer service and the delicious well prepared food, allowed us to have a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back. 100 percent recommend.

Love the concept of this spot, and the quality is pretty great for the price. It's a fun meal if you're open to eating with a bib, gloves and tools! Gotta love throwing everything away in a bucket when you're done.

Overpriced for what you actually get. Most places include the corn, potato whatever, not this place you have to pay to add anything to the bag other than your seafood and the seasoning was nothing special. My crab legs were over cooked/ dry A total waste of my money. I will never do that again.
