Everything was good until the very end! We went for Valentine Day, of course we understand it’s a busy day but there is never a need for bad customer service. The manager Brook was awesome but unfortunately some of her team members were rude with bad customer service. Unfortunately Kailey was very rude at last due to our food missing and receipt being incorrect. For sure a great place to eat just needs more work on their customers service..

Ashley is the only thing good about this place. The food is bland and not seasoned. They are afraid to add seasonings to the food. It’s not worth the money you won’t even want to take a To go bag. Whoever is cooking needs more training or the owner should just shut down. This place is a disgrace to seafood boil.

13 of us went out for my wife's bday dinner. Almost all of us had never been here before. The server could barely explain how things worked. Once we got food ordered, the first order wasn't enough food for everyone, so the server's help was pretty much pointless. We ordered a second bag of crab legs and asked for crackers/scissors to open the legs and lobster tails. There server tells us they don't have any because they're so busy. Mind you, the restaurant isn't even half full. While being mind blown we're basically told to open crab shells and lobster shells with our hands, we order another bag of crab because our server misguided us on the amount for the first order. The second bag took over an hour to receive. And yet another excuse, oh sorry, we had so many boils to do at once. You are in the business of selling boil bags, how can it take over an hour to boil crab legs? As we're waiting, another customer asked for plates and was handed appetizer/dessert sized paper plates. The customer asked what they're supposed to do with these, there server said thats all we have and turned around and walked off. Finally after we get our second bag of crab and finish it off, we hear other patrons asking about shell crackers and scissors, so we collect ours and give to our sever to clean and disperse. They immediately rinsed them with tap water and handed them back out. This is the worst place you could eat. Terrible service, terrible preparation and nothing but excuses on how busy they were with a half full restaurant. The manager of this place should be fired and this location should probably just shut down.

My husband also commented and I don't usually do reviews but this was ridiculous! Our server forgot our drinks, I had to remind him and then he didn't know what we were drinking. I never got a refill until I was done with my food after I asked twice. I got my good and on the ticket it said tofu, veggies, 2 corn, 2 potatoes. My tofu was soggy and I had no potatoes or corn. Sent it back I only got 2 corn and ONE potato! They took off the tofu but still charged me for TWO potatoes! I asked 3 times for them to remove the potato! Just horrible service! Took forever to get our bill and he stayed at the table waiting for our payment like we weren't going to pay! I am outraged! While we were waiting for our bill our server was stuffing his face and the manager was hugging on her employee! Ridiculous!

We love this place! We had our rehearsal dinner here, we were able to rent out their entire bar area and it was perfect. The staff was so friendly and accommodating and all of our guests absolutely loved the food and cocktails. This specific bar area is really perfect for small event/gathering or even just watching some Sunday football with the best wings in town. We love crab shack! 🦀

This used to be my favorite location until yesterday. What a let down. Please keep in mind that there were only 3 other couples in the restaurant and they were already eating. Not busy at all!!
We were seated as soon as we walked in, but had to wait over 5 minutes for someone to come take our order. He took our order and walked away. We then waited 25 minutes for him to bring our food, but still no drinks. He walked away quickly. He came back after 10 minutes and asked if everything was ok and I told him we still need our drinks and we never got the lemons for my wife. He then told me they are cutting fresh coke slaw for me (I never ordered coke slaw, but whatever). It took another 5 minutes to bring 3 waters and a Pepsi but still no lemons. I aired for the lemons and he said he’ll cut some right now. Needless to say, he walked over to the bar with another staff girl and just talked to her and we never got the lemons. The fish and chips taste freezer burnt. The Pepsi was flat. I wanted to bring this all up to the manager instead of posting a bad review, but I’m not sure there was one available because no one would talk to us.
I had to go up to the counter and ask to pay my bill. The girl took my card and told me to go sit down. Afterwards the other customers went up to pay for their food as well.
Not sure what happened but this was not the experience we were used to when coming to this location.
Love this place ! Sat at the bar and Ayden was great ! The drinks were balanced and the food was delicious. We had the crab and garlic noodles. We will definitely return :)
