I have been to several Angry Crab Shack's around the Valley, and I got to say this is my absolute favorite!!! Danny and Ayden have absolute made our experiences here amazing, from my company's work dinner, to my personal dinners with my wife. Whom is actually allergic to shell fish! And they always insure that her allergy is taken seriously!! They Put in their system several times and verbally tell the cooks in the kitchen as well EVERY TIME. They always have great conversations and remember us even though we've only been a handful of times! Great food, great service and awesome atmosphere! 100% recommended. Come see for yourself and don't always trust the reviews. They may be for the wrong location.

Kay your server was very rude, somewhat racist and had a attitude for no reason she treated my 12 year old niece rudely and then brought her some melted ice cream for her birthday like who does that and then she kept waving like we did something wrong to her. I have never been treated so badly but a human being before my life Kay makes me never wanna come to that place ever again, but the food was amazing

If you order from here, WEIGH YOUR ITEMS. I decided to weigh my crab and shrimps and was shocked to see how little they gave me, when I paid for a pound of each. The bag looked so small, so I figured they cheated me. They gave me 11.9 oz of shrimp and 11.5 oz of snow crab. Where’s the pound of each that I paid for? I don’t think they think people would weigh their food so they cheat you out of the amount you’re supposed to get. I’m now currently waiting for ubereats customer service to contact me because they denied me a partial refund on the app. Like imagine that, paying for something I ordered with my money, and not receiving the full amount and then be told you can’t get a partial refund for what you didn’t get. Ridiculous. Seafood is expensive. If I paid for said amount, provide said amount, otherwise don’t make it priced per pound, smh. Also the trifecta sauce was very salty, I had to eat my seafood with butter instead. This is the second seafood boil place that has disappointed me.

My roommate and I went on 10/21, our server (I believe their name was Kay) was hands down one of the best servers I've had at any restaurant. While I felt like we ate the pits of fire (choice 4 on the spiciness scale), the food was tremendous. I would recommend getting a less spicy option, as they offer the ability to get a side sauce.
Cannot wait to go back.

My husband and I recently moved from Surprise to Phoenix and we were so excited to try this location because we loved the one in Surprise. However, it was very disappointing… We received our food and the portions seemed very small and the sauce was salty, we brought this to the attention of the manager (short guy with tattoos) and he did not seem to care. The restaurant also was dirty… not impressed

We had one of the worst tasting and cooked meals at thr Angry Crab. The fish and shrimp were both undercooked. The calamari and clam strips were sent back and removed from our bill.
The manager brought us to go boxes and asked how the food was. My wife said 'I didn't like mine, but I'll take it home to see if mom likes it." Absolutely no response from him, he just walked away.
Our waitress was the nice part about our visit. I appreciated her honest and service. Maybe she should be managing.
***After getting home. Still hungry, I tried the wings with BBQ sauce I got as an appetizer. The sauce was old. It was like BBQ sauce left in the refrigerator for way too long. The other food we brought home, we just tossed it all. What a waste of our time and money.
We should have left after I first washed my hands before sitting down, and the men's bathroom was unkempt and smelled.

I have been coming here since they opened this location and the food is amazing, especially the happy hour menu, but the staff is what keeps me coming back every time. We have since moved 20+ miles north, but we always come back to the Bell/32nd Street location because of the outstanding customer service!!! You guys always make it an incredible time...thank you for all you do! Love you all!
