Angry Crab Shack (Laveen)

I placed an over the phone order and felt like I was being rushed, the staff who took my ordered seemed annoyed by the questions, since I was inquiring about the lunch special. Online it shows 15$ but I was told it was 18$ with add ons it came up a little higher, I spent a total for 50$. When I picked up my order the waitress wasn’t welcoming, she asked for my name she rolled her eyes and asked for my card swiped it and handed me my order. When I got home my order was already cold. This would be my first and last time I come to this location.

When I dine in everything is usually wonderful although sometimes they take a while to bring your food. I broke my leg a couple of months back and had not been anywhere. I was really craving angry crab. I called and asked if I paid online if they could bring my food out to the curb and they said no. I was disappointed to say the least, it was only 10 feet from the door, but I guess that was too much for them.

Amazing food! Star ⭐️ was my server and she was awesome! Amazing Service! She was always smiling and willing to answer any questions I may of had. I got a bag with head off shrimp, lobster tail, egg, sausage and red potatoes. Really good I recommend forsure.

Food based on market price. After markup it's expensive. Food tasted ok. Oysters were bland. You have to ask for everything, utensils, cracking tools refills etc. We spent 300 , didn't really feel it was worth that. I might got back and try some. Platters. But will.never do a boil again.

So disappointed when picking up my ordered, they get the order wrong, charged me for redoing the order and the manager was rude and condesending when we asked about the difference. The person who attended us told us they would give us a discount and when we asked about that she chucked and said it would be just a few dollars and offered $2.00 off our $60.00 order. Never coming here again

They messed up my order twice.

Overall, I'll come again for the King Crab and the Dungeness Crab. We had a large party (9), and it was a 45 minutes wait for all to be served. Food delivery was staggered. For me, it was worth the wait. Fun place. Very loud and scary birthday horn. First visit, so I'll know more what to expect next time.

Kid-friendliness: Ask for crayons and show the kids the live shellfish. Everyone don their bibs to make it fun. Very kid friendly.

Manager lady with glasses had horrible customer service they close at 9:00 I arrived at 8:00 and she said she wasn’t taking any more orders .

The manager reached out and was apologetic. He left me a voicemail refunding the items that were done wrong, which I really appreciate. The customer service was amazing and quick to respond. Which is why I've updated my review and gave the service 5 stars.

I placed an online order last night for pick up and over half of my order was wrong. I ordered the CRISPY spicy chicken sandwich and got a grilled chicken sandwich that wasn't spicy at all. I also ordered a large Caesar salad that I paid $10 for and received a tiny side salad. It was just all wrong on every way. I didn't notice it until I got home and wasn't willing to make the 20 minute drive back to have everything done correctly. Super frustrating.
