Angry Crab Happy Valley

Worst experience ever. The staff were rude and extremely dishonest. We ordered a seafood boil, and while eating, we found a piece of metal scrubber in the food. We immediately informed our server and asked to speak to the manager. Instead of taking the situation seriously, they offered us a 10% discount.
We clearly saw the manager and staff laughing near the kitchen area afterward. We spoke to the branch manager again and requested a sincere apology. He promised to send us a gift card by mail, but months have passed and nothing has arrived.
In the end, all that remains from this place is rudeness and broken promises — not accountability, and certainly not a sincere apology.

Waitress barely checked on us forgot my card they wouldn't let my boyfriend pick it up since I wasn't there because I was too busy being sick from food poisoning after eating my meal there so I wouldn't recommend eating here due to the fact my 1/2 my party got food poisoning and them refusing to allow my bf to pick up my card after calling them first to verify it was left there and he would be picking it up

Seafood boils are my favorite menu item. I always get the naked shrimp so there are no shells or veins to remove. Sauces are all great!

I decided to try Angrt crab shack for the first time, especially since I love sea food. Let me tell you that I’ve had better tasting seafood from a roach coach. I won’t bore you with the details but the only thing good that I had was the cornbread. On top of that I received a very difficult phone regarding a sudden death in the family. I went outside on the patio to talk on the phone but I needed to take my medication. The gate was wide open to the parking lot and since I’m handicapped my car was parked right out front. Well I barely got to my car when the manager appears out of nowhere. With a negative accusing tone she reminds me that I still have a tab open. If they don’t want people leaving the premises they need to put out a sign. I’m 46 years old with a limp&cane. Trust me I’m not running anywhere. Maybe she should learn to ask questions. I spent a good deal of time on the phone with my baby sister crying her eyes out. Every 30 minutes someone came outside to make sure I was still there. I was going to wait till 10:59 exactly since they close at 11:00 to go inside and close my tab. I would have if they were not so rude especially the manager. That basically sums up my first and last visit to the Angrt Crab shack at Norterra. But really. You are better off going to Long John Silvers than this place.

Amazing food, great service and casual decor. Maybe just replace some of your booth seats. Not much spring left and could feel the wood underneath.

The portion didn’t feel like it was a pound at all. The waiter felt annoyed and they weren’t acting pleasant and welcome as much.

Incredible quality every time!! Shrimp comes out hot, juicy, and delicious! The cornbread is super delicious. Get the head off shrimp with trifecta sauce and whatever spice you like - beware though, the spice gets extremely hot very quickly! I can only handle spice 1! Great service too

Angry crab never disappoints. Nothing beats their fresh Cajun boils! I haven’t had it in 3 years and visited phoenix and it hit the spot!
