This place is far the nicest to have a meal food excellent more the server I meet so understanding my son passed a month ago feeling down she made my daughter and I smile. I recommend this place

Took 20 minutes from being seated to getting our drink ordered. We tried to order appetizers with our drink and were told to wait. She came back with our drinks 10 minutes later and finally allowed us to order. Food was a mess service was a mess. I wouldn't recommend this location.
Not your typical Applebee's. The staff and service were very friendly.

Service was terrible. Wanted mozzarella sticks for appetizers Wich ran out?...so i ask if it could be replaced with their new cheese bites she left for like 10-15 mins to ask. She came and ask if we were ready for drinks. Mind you we had already drinks on the table. I just laughed and told her about the appetizer to wich she said she would ask. Then she said oh yeah the cheese curds let me check on those! And left. Only for her to come back to try to take our drink order again so we laughed and told her we would be leaving so she came back with a bill for our drinks. just a terrible experience so i paid 6.71 for terrible service Wich is honestly just comical 😂🤣😠

drove 30 minutes and got there at 10:45pm for the doors to be locked when it clearly says 12:00am. how unprofessional and unfair.

We had an awesome server! Several people called off and she was slammed, but never once lost her smile or faltered in her service. The food however was ok for what it was, sort of middle tier in quality and taste.

I had a very disappointing experience here. When we first arrived, there was no one at the front, and when an employee finally came over, we were told there was only one server on staff. We were okay with that since it wasn't too busy at first, but things quickly went downhill. As more customers came in, our server barely paid attention to us, focusing on other tables or making drinks, while we were left waiting. To make matters worse, two other employees were just standing off to the side doing nothing!! one of them even stared at us while we ate. We had to ask one of them for boxes and the other to ring us out since our server was nowhere to be found. It’s frustrating when the service is so lacking, and I don’t understand why there were three employees there, yet only one was actually working. I can’t justify tipping when the service was this poor. I won’t be returning!! it’s starting to seem like every Applebee’s is starting to have the same issues you might as well shut down!
