Broken and missing light fixtures. The building needs repair. The question I have is why isn't a building of a major food chain being maintained? What else is not up to par? The kitchen? Also, the server was new, but needed additional training.

Was a good place to eat. But when it came to our drinks our limes weren't with it, but less then 10 seconds later we weren't sure if she got the lines from the table behind us. So be aware of your surroundings. Other than that it was good.
Went into order take out. Got the 2 for $25 deal with an appetizer and 2 skillet entrees. Good was good, price was better, service was alright (I think the takeout girl forgot about me for a few good minutes, but she was apologetic and she had a great attitude so no biggie). Overall good experience.

I went to Applebee's last evening with my Sister, and received the worst service ever. It was so bad that I wrote a note on the back of the restaurant's copy (more to this below), that end up having 8 bullet points. I was mad and disappointed with the service and food. I may have forgotten some of the issues, but remembered enough to support my review. Our server was training a new server, which made it worst beause if this was his training, he's not going to going to make a lot of tips, but in his defense, he was trying to remember a lot.1. I ordered my burger without tomatos. It had tomatos. When I put them on the saucer, neither the new server or the trainer acknowledged that I had taken them off my burger.2. We had to ask for utensils before our food was served.3. We had to ask for small plates to eat the appetizer.4. The receipt said water with lemon. We never received the lemons.5. No one ever asked if I wanted a refill on my soda.6. We both had fries with our meal which were cold and tasted old. My sister asked for fresh fries, but before I could say anything, the trainer said she would get new fries, but there was no sense of urgency. Took at least 10 mins, and when she was headed to our table, she was on her cell phone, then stopped by the server station before bringing the fries. She never asked if I needed fresh fries.7. My sister asked for BBQ sauce for her chicken, when meal arrived, she received the wrong sauce. Asked for BBQ sauce and more ketchup. They finally brought the BBQ sauce, but we're still waiting for the ketchup.8.. My sister paid for the meal with a credit card. When the trainee brought the receipt for her to sign, he only brought one copy. When she asked for the second copy, he didn't understand what she was asking and asked if we split the check.9. No one ever asked if our meals were OK or if we needed anything once the meal was served. We had to ask for everything we needed.The trainer kept using pet names as if she was concerned and attentive, but in the end, she was not and I hope the new server receivess the proper training needed to be successful with his job.

Everything was just okay, food took forever it wasn't hot cheese had gotten hard that told me it had been sitting ordered another ice tea she brought the bill not the tea ?I remember the service was way better or is it only at night

Food was good, waitress was okay she seemed overworked and they seemed super understaffed. Atmosphere was nice, place could use a nice clean and declutter though.
Not all Applebee's are created equal. Had the ribs the were pretty tough and chewy, I couldn't even finish them, then I ordered the wonton chicken tacos, they lacked flavor & chicken, very little chicken the texture was more like chicken fat..the fries were good. The strawberry lemonade was very watered down. The servers were nice.

Overall, the food was decent. Came out quick... did not seem like it was fresh off the pot hot but at least it came out quick. Service was good as it was not busy, so we did not have to wait for any additional items.Other places in the area were busy we my family chose this location.
