Charge .99 Xtra for cheese on a pasta dish?!!! Without telling me it's an extra cost! 2.99 for a side of coleslaw in the smallest container they have?!! Nope, We've been going there for years. 3x in the last 2 weeks. Never again. You lost a customer. It's not the $. It's the principle.

If I could give half star for food I would. This happened at 11pm at this location. I ordered a burger meal and my burger was raw. I asked them to cook me another and that one was raw too! Finally I said just give me a chicken sandwich and they burned it lol! Not sure if it was done on purpose or just someone having a bad night. I would recommend you find another place to end the night!

The patties were too raw I asked for a little bit of pink. Had to wait for refills for drinks. How to ask for a refill on fries. We were the first ones there for lunch the staff was just talking to each other

I ordered something new to the menu Chicken sandwich with a sweet & spicy sauce and what I thought would be the usual vegetables etc. I was wrong. I waited about 30 minutes for food to come out as well. We were in the area passing by and I didn't want to judge the area, but this Applebee's is disgusting. I basically got bread and breaded chicken with fries. Thats it. I ate the fries, but sandwich was nasty. They need a new Chef or Cook.

I went on January 4th around 9pm and the stupid manager never turned up the volume on the machine that they have and that you pay for. I spent almost 25 dollars to put music on and it was never heard..

They need to do a deep cleaning 🧹 there are little bugs flying around showing the taps are not cleaned. The food was cold and bland. The drink had get this too much liquor over powering the margarita. The bartenders were ok just seemed like they are doing the bare minimum. Even the menus were dirty. This will definitely be my last visit go over to Texas Roadhouse they were fast, the food was good, and those biscuits were delicious
Do notttt come here. We got on the waitlist and everyone was going in before us, an HOUR later.. we had to ask what’s going on and why nobody is calling us in. The guy just looked at the list and they had us marked off as if they already had called us in. But NO ONE ever did. They let in everybody in before us even the people who came way after us. If we never came in to ask, we would’ve waited the whole night and nobody would have called us in. Pathetic service. Oh and he never even apologized.

I usually go to the location on 95th and Northern and eat-in, but I had a Door Dash coupon and decided to order. I had no idea this location was where my food would originate.
I ordered the chicken tenders platter that has two sides and I got the coleslaw for both, because Applebee's coleslaw is awesome.
The order was promptly made and delivered, and the chicken was very good as always, but the coleslaw... omg, it was awful.
First, it didn't look right. It was the wrong color and consistency from what I'm used to, and it tasted awful. Not only that, but there were two containers, one for each side, and there was a small scoop in each one. Probably no more than 4 tablespoons.
Not ordering from this location again.

Apparently the workers here at applebees want to be disrespected and shown no empathy.
Rather than do what is right they acted angry and cold. when asked for my tacis to be heated not remade i was told that they were already in the bag.... to make things worse my hot fudge is not on the brownie or the ice cream or in a side cup. plus what items i did receive were such minimal servings. Probably eating the other half of my brownie as I write this review.
