My husband and I visited this Applebee's and I ordered an alcoholic drink and I was told they were missing some ingredients. I asked for a different drink and same answer. I had to settle for a pre-made drink which tasted watered down. My husband had to order a shot just so my drink didn't taste like water. I ordered a bourbon burger. Ummm... NOPE!.. The burger tasted like cardboard. No taste whatsoever. I added ketchup to see if it would add flavor, Nope... I just decided to eat the fries that came with the burger. My husband ordered the bourbon chicken and he just ate the shrimp and mashed potatoes. The chicken was rubbery. Service was good but the food was thumbs down and so were my drinks.

The saddest Applebee’s on planet Earth. “SadApplebee’s”. Open late night-ish, but impossible to get an adult beverage at the bar within one hour of closing (11p). If you had planned to walk here from Talking Stick Amphitheater for a tasty post-concert adult beverage, you will leave here sad and thirsty. :(

We enjoying Applebee's and I get it when people have a bad day. But me and my wife went to the one on 83 Ave and Thomas and received pretty bad service from the bartender that was working yesterday around 3 or 4. There where only two other couples at the bar at it was slow, so short staff was not the problem. We ordered two appetizers and two drinks that's it. We got our first appetizer about 10 minutes after ordering no problem. Then about 20 minutes later we realized the second appetizer we haven't got she ignored us the entire time we were there.So I asked did she put it on our order if not it's ok just take it off we're good she looked back at me like not acknowledging what I said then came back out brought out the taco that barely had anything on them and cold. And by this point it was just us and another couple there. Look I appreciate hard work and I tip pretty good but when people at like it's expected without good service it's just not right, so yes I left no tip. So when I got home checked my account there was a separate charge after at Applebee's she gave herself at tip I mean stole money from me, someone in management needs to address this serious issue.

We will not be coming here again. I was a frequent customer here. We went to have dinner the other night for the first time with new diet restrictions. I substituted mash potatoes and regular broccoli for cheesy broccoli. I was charged an extra 16 dollars for the substitution. I was not told before hand until I got the check that there was an extra charge. The manager at the time spoke to me and told me next time order my sides that come with the meal PLUS broccoli and cheese instead. The manager kindly took off 12 bucks off our check, thankfully, so we were only left with 4 dollars extra charge. Service was very slow, we also order 50 cent wings and got our check before the wings came out. Look to me they were short staffed, happens. I will not come back due to extra charges for substitutions here. Applebees is no longer diet friendly like in the past.

Asked for a well done and I got this pink burger me and my kid bit in dark in car realized after it was pink so we just threw. It away. Still trying to get refund which they say they would but lied acting dumb like they can't remember speaking with us . Never again will I go here

In the beginning it was taking a bit then Mr Brian Dykema came to our table apologized for the wait and started talking to my grand kids and telling them how important it is to stay in school, we had a certificate for 1 of my grand kids on honor roll and he told all 4 kids if you guys get all A's like Gordo I will also give you guys a certificate when you get here because my older grand kids go to private school and they don't give the kids certs, I was Very Grateful for his motivational talk. The kids were very excited and saying how they're going to bring their report cards next time ? Thank You So Very Much Mr Brian

So service was kinda slow. I don't fault the new server.Then came the check...an appetizer, four entrees, and four sodas...$115.00Parking: Entrance to the store is on the Southwest corner of the building. Best to park just South of the store.

I work here as a host and honestly do not eat here they have roaches and girls bathroom always dirty the manager there is weird having me go outside and pick up cigarette butts like im not yo slave you pick those up yourself they have me put customers on a wait list knowing we have servers I hate putting customers on a wait list because it affects my working and customers start complaining.

Came in waited about an hour. Server was short and doesn’t perform well under pressure. People next to us didn’t get helped at all. Our server Alyssa didn’t even ask us how our food was. The manager was super nice tho and really helpful. The food was alright. My noodles were a little bit dry I’d give it 4/5. There servers can’t handle pressure.
