Applebee's Grill + Bar

The smell, the food, that lingering taste that is there and is disgusting is all I hated about this place, the service was okay but gah damn the food is Terrible. Their iced tea had an awful aftertaste.

Chicken tenders were great but the hamburger was not great. Server was very nice.

I recently have been going to this location near my home to capitalize on the Happy Hour menu. After close to a dozen orders over time I was told that I can no longer get Happy Hour items to-go and that I must pay full price. I jokingly asked the manager if I had to sit down and take a bite of food, then ask for the rest to-go in order to receive the discount. I was visiting this place twice a week for the yummy Happy Hour food and drinks, but now I'll never return lol

Stopped in to the Laveen location to grab a beer and have some food. I'd recently downloaded the app and joined Club Applebees and in return they sent me a coupon for a free appetizer. I sat at the bar and Maria quickly took my food order and brought my beer. She checked in on me frequently, making sure my food was okay and my drinks full. The free chicken quesadilla was very good with the smoky grilled flavor of the chicken shining through. The fish and chips were fresh hot and tasty and more than enough to fill my hunger. It was a moderately busy Friday but Maria and her co-workers hustled to keep everyone happy. Great job and I'll be back again!

Applebee's...

My boyfriend was angry that it was speciall game night and not one t.v. had any game on. Boo hoo. Big deal, so they hooked him up in a jiffy. In fact they gave him the remote to the closest t.v. there was some new dish I ordered and OMG it was soooo good. Sorry I forgot the name. It was the shrimp and pasta. Delicious. I didn't like the pop rock candy drink that I ordered.

Did not come here to listen to Mexican music the entire time we were here.very disappointed ☹️

Always seems under staffed. There were 8 of us, and the server did ok but was hardly around. We got dirty plates for apps, missing silverwear. Dirty drink glass. Cheese sticks were still kind of cold in the middle. Never came for refills on drinks. Steak was a weird piece of meat, hubs ribs were ok needed more sauce. We asked for sides it was a struggle to get. Kids burger was wrong toppings. Just seems to not have things together and under staffed, not very friendly. Kind of a bummer.

There was something in my drink, that had to be sent back. The waitress never came back around for change i had asked her for

First they forgot my pretzel app which was fine, I moved on and had my long island ice tea but then I am charged for the app I did not get. I let my waiter know, Hey I did not get my pretzel app why did you charge me? Oh okay he says ill fix that. Takes 15 minutes to fix my check?!?! On top of that my pasta was cold when it came out and my husbands chicken was dry and over cooked. No sorry you didnt get your app, no sorry for taking 15 minutes to fix your bill. Nothing. By far one of the worse experiences at applebees yet and the food has gone down hill, the last three visits there has been an issue. I have be going to applebees for years but I am now washing my hands of this place.

I was so disappointed! The food tasted horrible. The cooks don't even take pride in presentation. My husband and I will not return.

We sat for at least 15 minutes and we didn't even get acknowledged by the server my sister got her attention and let her know that we had been there for awhile and the server very rudely informed us that she would get to us when ever. The place was not that busy we were just being ignored. We didn't stay any longer as we left my niece went into the pantry and 3 servers were bitching about us. As we left the manager came outside to speak with us and was very apologetic but by that time it was too late. We went elsewhere for dinner.

Visited with cousins it was an aweso.e lunch.

Great service. Steven the bartender is excellent.
