My service here was 1because we ordered 1 tea w/lemon, and tenders w/ ranch and an order of breadstixs.no lemon no ranch no breadstixs,didn't ask if we wanted any refills of our teas,didn't come our way,I know he was tending the bar.,but he came to ask if we were ready for the check,I Said yes,he came back and I asked about our breads tips he said oh.I am sorry I forgot,that's it
I won't return here.Felt like he just wanted is pd and out.

Wife and I and my one year old baby went in both had terrible food that came out manager never came out and was told to save the receipt I called in and manager said he couldn't find Us in the past Records I would appreciate for a call back For a refund

My youngest child ordered the Chicken Alfredo. The pasta was cold, and the chicken was burned. My other son ordered the Chicken Bourbon, which was also served cold, and the chicken looked undercooked and unappetizing. I ordered the chicken strips with four-cheese pasta, and my meal also looked poorly prepared.

Due to the condition of the food and the long wait time, I asked to speak with the manager. They offered to replace the meals, but at that point, I was no longer interested, as we had already been waiting a long time and were very frustrated. The manager informed me that I would still be charged for the drinks and half of the Chicken Alfredo because some of it had been eaten. However, only a small portion of the pasta had been tasted, and I felt this was unfair, as the issues were clearly related to the quality of the food.

I was disappointed by the lack of concern for our time and overall dissatisfaction. My children and I usually visit the location at 24th Street and Baseline, where the food and service are consistently good. Unfortunately, this location was a very poor experience.

I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly believe they need more professional management.

Dropped in new years day for a chill time at the bar. The happy hour 'old fashioned' drink was super decent. We ordered their pickle fries. Delish. We only ordered from happy hour menu, so cant speak for the regular menu. The wings where super decent. You can't beat the price. Staff was friendly. Service was prompt. Who ever is cooking in the back, amazing job. We love having this option in laveen. It would have been nice to have abit more lively option, maybe special day events, but its a chill option that keeps some revenue in laveen. The bathrooms where clean and there is an area to change diapers for kiddos. Cleanliness is extra important, i hope they keep that at forefront.

My husband and I went in for an early dinner. Our waitress forgot our water, provided one plate for our apps and was pretty rude. Like she didn't want to be there. She threw our plates down when served and we had to ask multiple times for boxes for leftovers. No thank you. Can't wait till Chili's opens. Seriously, my 15 year old daughter would be a better waitress.

I had a great experience at Applebee’s. The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was in the mood for. Our meals came out hot and well-prepared, and the portions were generous.

The service really stood out—our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a casual meal, whether you’re out with family, friends, or just grabbing dinner after a long day.

Applebee’s continues to be a reliable go-to for comfort food, good service, and a laid-back dining experience. I’d definitely come back again!

I’ve gone to this location 3 times this month, and they disappoint every time. The floors are always sticky, the customer service sucks! They never come out to my car when I order Carside to go. Instead they smoke outside, chat by the door, and pretend to be busy. They charge for ever little thing, and the portions on the to go items are way smaller than dining in.

Got delivery and I think the chips were expired a year ago and made everything taste bad. No dressing on the Asian chicken salad

This location was really busy on Saturday December 20, 2025. We originally went to 24th St but closed. I understand busy due to other location closure, and our server was busy, I was ok with that but ordered food to go for work week lunch to find Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp burnt and dried out. So disappointed. Hopefully this was just a bad night
