At first I was a little unhappy about the wait time however I do have to give the female working that day credit. When I first arrived she was the only one working. A few minutes later a gentleman employee walked into the store and immediately asked to the back. Washed his hands kudos to him and got a quick update on what needed to be prepared. After another couple of minutes the two workers were caught up and the female was finally able to help us. Luckily I had a mobile order and she had just finished preparing my order. She apologized for the wait and told me that she went ahead and upgraded my combo meals for the delay and having to wait at no extra charge. She had excellent customer service skills and I feel that she handled the situation appropriately. The restaurant was extremely clean. No complaints here.

I've been coming here for years, and hopefullymany more. Even though I don't live close by anymore, I'll still make the drive. I've never had a bad experience in the drive through or inside.

Order our food and then made it home. And realized we were missing half of our order. So we drove back with the food to see if we can get the order remade so we weren’t eating cold food. But the lady was very rude and wasn’t willingly to remake the whole order so we asked for a refund and she said she was unable to do so. After a little back and forth she finally agreed to refund the order. But will not be going back to this Arby’s. Very bad customer service

I visited Arby's just to do something out of the usual, the staff were quick, efficient and friendly and the food was served hot and was tasty and the atmosphere was enjoyable and relaxed. So much so that every so often I will do an impromptu meal change and opt for Arby's. If you haven't been there for a while it's a great place to surprise your taste buds with something out of the usual.

We placed our order online we pulled up to pick up and all the lights were off she was rude if she wasn’t busy talking on the phone maybe just maybe she would of got our order correct.. we also got hung up on multiple times and when we went back to get our food corrected she then said our fryers were off! WHY EVEN STAY OPEN JUST GETTING PAID TO DO NOTHING !! I want my money back hopefully y’all contact me because this is ridiculous couldn’t even give me my refund!!!
