I've been to other establishments where management is yelling at staff to hurry up. That is discouraging for these many young teens who already are trying to fit in. Good, good job! Hello, I just wanted to let you know that this Arby’s is very terrible. They handle food without washing their hands with no gloves on touching money going inside and outside buying lottery tickets not only that playing around and cussing at each other while they have customers is not OK very unprofessional, the food was very disgusting. It made me food sick and I will be going to the hospital. They need to clean this place and have different Work people come in and take over some adults not kids.

They were super busy when I went in. The manager was upfront running the register and still back and forth making sure everyone else was doing their jobs. Her name was either Karen or Kathy I don't remember but she was amazing. So was the food.

Food was typical for Arby's. Forgot our cheese cup. Seemed understaffed which is the normal but I expect to be given everything we paid for, especially after a 10 minute wait after we paid with only one other customer waiting. Would return, but would definitely double check the order. On a very positive note, both staff members owe interacted with were extremely pleasant.

It took a long time to get a simple dish of chicken nuggets. Was told no one knew how to make them that was there at that time, then when asked of the manager, they said they completed the order a while ago. Poor service and communication, not much care for customers. Avoid this location if you're in a hurry.

The drive thru line was VERY slow and then, after paying, you had to pull forward and wait some more. I ordered the Brown Sugar Bacon Turkey Sandwich. There was not one single piece of bacon on the sandwich. I didn't open it until I got home so I was too far to drive back.
