Out of all the Arby’s restaurants in the valley. This location has the best French Dip. I don’t know what they do to make it taste better but I can’t get enough. 🐂🐖🐓

I got two roast beef’s and both of them look like they had been sitting out since 7 am. Roast beef was old. Hardly any meet on it. Tasted horrible has to be the worst worst roast beef I ever had

Yummy double beef & cheddar, and crinkle fries. I love the horseradish sauce, too. This location did Arby's proud. The service was a little slow because I had to wait on the fries, but it was worth it.

Went in today for a classic roast beef sandwich. Also asked for a side of parmesan peppercorn ranch (even says so on my receipt). Sandwich order was on the counter within seconds of paying. I look in the bag and ask about my side of sauce I requested and the girl proceeds to tell me she put it on the sandwich. Another gal standing up front even asked if I wanted it remade, but I declined as I don't like food being wasted. I did ask the other girl to give me a side incase what she put on wasn't enough. Go to eat my sandwich and what do you know? NO SAUCE!! That lady straight up lied to my face about putting it on the sandwich. Good thing I asked for a side of it. But the point is, this location has a very dishonest (and lazy) crew member.
4 cars ahead of me in drive-thru. They take the order fast and accurately. Then 5 mins before the line moves. 8 mins to get to the window and they don't know which order is mine. I tell them and they look at me like they never heard of that order. I just asked for my credit card back and drove away. I don't have time for such incompetence.

Workers closed the restaurant 15 min before posted time, apparently pulled a sign (advertising lemonade) in front of part of the drive-thru lane thinking that would be a sufficient deterrent and when that didn’t work, employees came out and told several waiting customers they I were closed from the back door. (I thought some teens were pulling a prank by pulling the metal sign into the driveway not realizing it was actually paid employees. Another customer behind me actually moved it out of the way, likely thinking the same thing.) I was told they were closed at 6:45pm on a Sunday. One of the male employees said to the female worker instigating all of this “you are going to get a lot of complaints about this!” Now I am stuck in a drive-thru lane behind customers that were lucky enough to be served before arbitrary cut-off. Worst Arbys ever.
