What I'll always say about this particular Arby's they knew me when I was still homeless on the streets. They made sure I had a little something to eat a place to sit down when it was cold or too hot. And as I transitioned from homelessness into a place they kind of watched my journey. So I went back there yesterday while I was you know looking for some medicine for my cold and I sat down and I noticed that how much they care for their customers at this particular store. They remembered me when I came in and I just want to say thank you for the food. The service in the atmosphere. I tried the Reuben sandwich. My God that took me back East. What a meal. Thanks people of Arby's lots of memories

I suppose this is an Arby's much like any other, however the super old school neon sign out front sets this one apart from a purely aesthetic standpoint!
Even though I generally try to eat healthier at my age, sometimes I get a craving that only Arby's can satisfy. Roast beef and cheddar, curly fries, sometimes it is the simple junk food pleasures!

Their steak nuggets were delicious. They tasted just like brisket. I also tried the mac and cheese with steak and that was amazing!!! The lady who took my order, I wish I knew her name, she was friendly and pleasant and welcoming. So I gave her five stars.

I order through the app, and they always have my food ready when I get there. That's good. However, I ALWAYS have to ask for my drink, because they forget to include it. It happened again tonight (October 5). This is getting a bit annoying, especially since the workers often behave as if I'm bothering them when I ask for my drink instead of leaving immediately after being handed my bag.
Complaints with service aside, the food is delicious. Their Corned Beef Reuben is my all-time favorite, with the BBQ Bacon Burger a close runner-up. I'll often get their Potato Cakes or Mozzarella Sticks to snack on during my drive to work, and they are really, really good. Their Chicken Wraps are a good bang-for-your-buck meal if you do not want to spend a lot.
I do not like sugary drinks, so I usually get Unsweet Tea. However, it often tastes soapy, which indicates the machine was not thoroughly rinsed after cleaning to wash away all the cleaning chemicals. Nothing irritates me more than spending money on something I cannot enjoy.
